I find it highly suspect that every peice of *evidence* put out looks like artifacts from digital compression of old film. Sometimes it's obviously just bad lighting and poor equipment.

Transfering tape to digital causes abberitions. Also, the camera doesn't see the same way a human eye does, so lighting is really imporant - or you get more abberitions.
