  • one of the best girl bands ever I think....and still going strong

  • I cannot believe that people are so...I don't know the word, why not just enjoy this show instead of taking out on somebody's weight? God, didn't they prove themselves already? Or just don't watch! I think Heart is great, I don't give a ....how they look like!

  • HEART did the best show I ever saw, all about the music, no gimmicks, no bull, just talent and lots of it.

  • Ann's voice got a bit raspier, but still strong, it gives the voice character. And who would sound the same after 30 some years. her voice matured over the years, and ok a bit more raspy, but still strong and full of that typical character of Ann

  • Check yourself when you hit your 50's,,,,,,see how many things you can do like you're 20's

  • God, I love these women, have seen them many times, Ann really lacks the power on the second cut...Barracuda.

  • Heart rocks no doubt, but give them a break! They've been around over 30 years now and over time your voice can only give out so much especially if you can sing and belt it out like Ann can, lol. Unlike Madonna, it's her real voice and not a machine vocal stabilizer.

  • I love Ann so much!!!

  • didn't nancy have childer that year?

  • no she had twins in 2000. they would be 2 here

  • They are amazing women ROCKERS

  • Do these women EVER not sound like angels from my dreams of Heaven? Thanks bluemonarc!

  • If only those people talking through the whole thing would've shut the motherfucking fuck up. Would have been nice :)

  • haha. such a potty mouth...

  • Hahaha, shure is. Makes me laugh too bytheway....

  • lol is Ann wearing glasses? Cute :)

  • Heart were GREAT supporting Queen in 1982..A LOT better than The Teardrop Explodes..who were on same bill!!!lol..Barracuda!!!!

  • Heart always will rock. Thanks BlueMonarc for uploading the video!

  • Muzicul - I'm not a religious person at all, but I have to agree with you on some level. When you witness talent of this caliber, something this utterly beautiful, you can't help but be overwhelmed by it.

  • Exactly! Ann's power, voice and beauty is, and I don't mind being in a minority on this, proof of a very competent artist "in the sky!" To say primordial goo mixed with sunlight and a few billion years and out pops Ann and Nancy Wilson one day - I don't buy it. When I hear Ann and Nancy, I have an URGENT NEED to thank someone for the sublime spiritual visceral passions awakened in my body, mind and heart. I choose to thank God. And you Geo35 - not impressed with Jesus' words and resurrection?

  • Hey Geo35 - well said :-) If you are ever in ICELAND, I mean Fargo, ND, let's have a hot chocolate :-)

    Peace out!

    M

  • The heart and spirit that would speak so coarsely in full view of something as utterly ineffably beautiful as Ann and Nancy's music, is the same heart and spirit that would spit on, beat and crucify the Light of the World when he came to earth to save those who show every chance they get that they are not worth saving. Add light to the world - not rude, cruel darkness. Read John, Read Romans. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Our present bodies do not represent what we will become 1Cor15

  • I saw Ann Wilson in Red Bank, NJ singing a Beatles tribute. First time seeing her in person. I cried, because I thought God had come down and possessed her, giving her as much beauty and glory as he had ever given any human. She was like an angel - her voice so moving, so powerful, so unique - I fell completely in love with her. I always do every time I hear her voice - but in person - then you know - what GOD can do, when he chooses to bless someone, as he did Ann Wilson. I will always love you

  • This comments page is odd. I expected all of these comments to disappear. Bands like Weezer - if you put any negative comment about their shit music it disappears like in 10 seconds after - the lousy turds monitoring it take it off - to make it look like everyone likes their crap Weezer music. Heart's music is good for its vintage - the videos after 1993 are depressing.

  • so "myview28" are you saying it's a good thing I don't take the bad comments off this page? thats because I do believe in freedom of speech and freedom of expression :) censorship is bad.

  • Annie baby you got an ass taht got its own zip code. You faaaatttt.

  • avidsltd you gotta edumacation from da hooked on PhoNicS n' it didnt werk out so well fer ya'all..you hear dat? or did you not heerd dat? yah

  • Today....Ann lay waste to a buffet!!

  • God they are fat. Come on girls get a dietician - no excuse. I say this is the spirit of advise - not malice. That dark haired woman is in the Fat Elvis stage of her career.

  • they can lose weight, you'll still be a douche

  • Listen douche - no doubt you are a lard -arse too. Get some weight loss you fat, smelly, ever-farting swine.

  • Nancy is hardly fat. Ann looks fantastic and is a goddess, the fact you don't even know their names makes your opinion crap.

Go crawl in a hole, no one cares what you think.

  • Or so you claim. Anyway this band is so out of fashion - nobody would care what she looked like anyway. The vocalist is the focal point of a band. Poor Canada, they must be so ashamed.

  • If they're out of fashion, don't look at their videos.

People these days, have no common sense.

  • Yeah. No common sense and very big butts. I won't be looking at any more Heart videos. Good bye.

  • children. please stay after class and I will be calling your parents.

  • Why? Have the police found out that you've been trying to commit acts of paedophilia on us? Sorry blue monarch butterfly person.

  • it's BLUEMONARC as in MONARC records silly.

  • That's a likely story.

  • This is my rebut to their out spoken defiling comments as to their position.

You see if they are to have a voice, so will I.

I severed this nation for 22years and I never step on a soap box to rattle off my position. What gives them the right to use their fame to embark on a rant about their political beliefs. But I'm quite sure if a liberal wanted to use a song it would have been free with a contribution of their own.

  • I use to be a big fan. Not anymore. I've listen to these ladies since 1975 never again.

    McCain-Palin 08

  • So its safe to say you're an issue based voter! Since you wrote off Heart because of one belief.

  • Some entertainers think its their duty to puke up their personal beliefs as if we should follow their positions. They were paid royalties they should shut their traps and take the money.

Personal beliefs have done in Alec Baldwin, Susan Sarandon and countless others. I suspect Heart will fall into the same depth of, Who give a F*$K what you think your paid to sing and entertain.

  • So let me get this straight. You want Heart to sacrafice their beliefs and "take the money and run"? Is that what you're saying? As long as they got paid then they should shut their mouths and have no political opinion, just because they are rock stars? You're paid to do your job , yet we still ask you to come out and vote. I didnt know you're vote counted for more than Nancy's or Ann's.

  • Bub, the guy's POINT was that Heart, Baldwin, Sarandon, and all the rest are ENTERTAINERS. If I'm paying to be entertained, I'm not paying to hear somebody else's political diatribe. Why can't they follow Paul McCartney's lead: he was asked for his $0.02 on the Iraq war, to which he responded that he was a MUSICIAN, FOR GODSAKE, AND WHAT COULD HE POSSIBLY KNOW ABOUT THAT TOPIC THAT WOULD OF ANY REAL VALUE TO ANYBODY ELSE?!" That's REAL class - something the rest are lacking..

  • RisingSun401, you have my heartfelt thanks and utmost respect for your service to our Country. Freedom isn't free.

  • Thank god they spoke out....the song is about smarmy phony liars "..AND IF THE REAL THING DON'T DO THE TRICK, BETTER MAKE UP SOMETHING QUICK" -- they called it even before Sarah Palin became the huge liablity she now is. Now Sarah Palin exemplifies everything Ann and Nancy wrote about. The choice of this song backfired. Good work, GOP douchebags.

  • @RisingSun401

the sad part is that people like sarah palin are the ones who buy heart cds while people like michelle obama would never play heart if they worked at a radio station.

heart should have stayed out of the issue considering how the obama people stole the election from hillary clinton who was going to win until the media stepped in to help obama. BECAUSE HE'S BLACK!

  • @The096757 That is not only a gross over generalization but a dishonest one too. Where did you get the idea that Heart fans mainly voted for Palin?

PS, no one buys cd's anymore.

  • @EsClayWilson

no one is buying that pig s**t country/grunge/delta blues mulattoe scat music heart is making nowadays.. people like you aren't big enough in numbers to make that crap a big seller. and yes WHITE middle aged woman who aren't hags like you buy heart music. if palin was working at a radio statio she'd play heart all the time if obongo was working at the station it would be all black artists.

  • RisingSun401, you rotten Republican asshole.

Beasts like you who vote for the devil are responsable for the world-wide American terror, for a world getting worse.

Go, Heart, and continue fighting against the Republican bastards who make America poor, who terrorize the world and steal your songs.

  • Heart sucks for making a big deal out of the Republicans using the Barracuda song. I guess the liberal elites with all the money like the band Heart WANT to redistribute their wealth. Hey, thanks, pass it on please!!!

  • @fx24 The song is their piece of intellectual property they have the right to choose who they want their song associated with and who they don't want it associated with. Remember that is what America is about the freedom to choose! I'm glad Heart showed their true artistic character by not selling out to the Republicans! Keep rocking Ann and Nancy!

  • what the fuck they make much faults !!!!!!

i want the heart back of the 80's!!!!!

  • You make much faults, too.

  • i luv heart!!!

  • wow. I never knew they had 22 members. I know a few went on to form a band called, 'alias', in the early 90's. they didn't last long though. Nancy dated the drummer, then the guitar player. there's a video clip of them playing onstage, when, in a fit of anger, the guitar player starts smashing his guitar to pieces. later, backstage, he threw something at nancy, almost hitting her in the head. Ann said that's when they fired him. they are the only REAL girl rock band ! then AND now !! ROCK ON !!

  • Actually, Nancy first dated Roger Fisher, one of the guitarists, and her sister Ann was dating his brother Michael Fisher, the other guitarist. Nancy then fell in love with Michael Derosier, the drummer. The scene where Roger Fisher is smashing his guitar during a concert, because of his outrage with Nancy can be seen on Heart-News 3.

  • There's been 22 members of Heart over the years - probably one of the reasons they're not in the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. Ann and Nancy certainly deserve to be.

  • If someone told me that the only way that I could experience a live show from Heart... was if I allowed them to shoot me the next day. I'd say.. "Shoot me dead.. I'm going to see Heart!"

I keep praying I'll have the chance to see them one day!

  • They're touring now, where do you live?

  • I live in Jacksonville Florida.

  • Well, I'm sure you know they're playing in Tampa the 30th, you should go, it's about 3 hour driving. I live in Orlando, I saw them 3 years ago, they still rock.

  • I'm working on it. I'm BEGGING someone to take me! lol.. Thanks for saying something to me though! =]

  • Im a HUGE heart fan, they're my favorite band... I'm 15 and its really hard to find music like theirs nowadays, if not impossible!!

Ann is a major vocal inspiration for me and Nancy rocks the Heck out of the guitar!!!

Thanks for posting this, coz I may never have the chance to see them live, sniff!

  • agreed im a year older than you and play the guitar, and i cant find any heart tabs online, so im figuring it out myself. Roger fisher all the way, he makes it look too damn easy

  • Thanks for posting! Are they touring as Heart here or The Love Mongers?

  • They're touring as heart... I think

  • Havent they always toured as Heart? LOL

  • actually they have the side band "the lovemongers" so... maybe they could tour as TLM or just Heart

  • They truly rock. Still.

  • They were on ELLEN recently!!!

  • Ann was on tv last night I will upload the video.

  • I'm still a fan of Heart. and I'm 62!

  • She may be on the large side-- but that doesn't mean you have to make fun of her. I doubt you could do what she does.

  • god i love those leg kicks by nancy

  • nice video and fantastic voice.....

  • The Wilson sisters grew up in Southern California and Taiwan before their Marine Corps father retired to the Seattle suburbs. After attending college they returned to Seattle.

The band moved to Vancouver,Canada they attracted the attention of Mushroom Records in 1975., a Vancouver-based label run by Shelly Siegel. Dreamboat Annie, Canadian content regulations. In the US Siegel released the album first in Seattle, where it quickly sold another 25,000.

  • this is shit....

  • you are shit

  • 1. To yourself, say the name of the only guy or girl you wanna be with 3 times

    2. Think of something you wanna accomplish within the next week and say it to your self 6 times

    3. If you had 1 wish what would it be? say it to yourself 9 times!!!

    4. Think of something that you want to happen

send this to at least 15 videos and your dream will come truex x x x x x x x

  • Heart is from Vancover B.C. Canada, just to let you all know. :D

  • boi whatchu talking about? They came out of Interlake High School in Bellevue, Washington

  • I really don't know much about them, but I watched a video of Magic Man and Ann said they were from Vancouver B.C. but you may be right, I havn't researched anything, I could just be full of shit. :)

  • Yeah. They're from Washington.

  • Nirvana wasn't from Seattle they were from Tacoma and Olympia. I guess my favorite band is my secret and my opinion. Thanks for writing!

  • Nirvana was from Aberdeen...not Tacoma and Olympia.

  • spoken words of krist

  • 2nd best? who the hells first?

  • Jimmy Hendrix, is a tough act to follow!

  • I don't believe I did put them in a class with Nirvana did I?

    LOL I understand though!

  • heart is by far the best band from seattle

  • heart is by far the best band ever out of seattle

  • Terrific footage and a great video ... but please don't even mention Nirvana in the same sentence with these Rock Legends..it's insulting

  • yeah I shot it back in 2002 not thinking that I would edit it and show it. So I started and stopped alot during taping. It's pretty good editing for hardly any video. HA HA

  • Wow, this video is really chopped up. But Heart is great in concert I know. I saw 'em in a festival concert back in '84. I was 5 rows back middle stage. Just blew me away.

  • This video is really exciting! Feels as if I'm really there with the little bit of talking in the crowd. It's not distracting. Sounds great! Thanks for this video!

  • This must be pretty recent I heard somebody bitch about a 4 dollar bottle of water :)

    Gotta Love Heart.

  • Heart rocks...and kicks ass!
