Unless your car is like, super advanced and has a place where you can connect your Wii's adapter, you can't really play it in your car, although, if your parents like to see TV alot and your television does not have a av connection, then you could use it as a mini TV, so you do not need a television to play wii.

I had a GBA TV tuner that I got from china. I sold it becouse it was very bulky, even more so becouse I had the GBA SP (like the one he has in the video) and it was made for the original GBA.

But anyway, it had an input for both AV cables AND an external antena. I think I only used it once to watch Star Gate SG1.
