I interviewed Lilian some time ago to learn about her journey as a home-based baker. This was prior to the passing of the Michigan Cottage Food Law. She experienced many ups and downs and through it all, never gave up hope of having her own bakery. I am so proud of her accomplishments and her baked goods are just amazing.
