The years I flew to Southeast Asia I really enjoyed the service and the professionalism which I experienced. Always there were delays but that was mainly due to weather and airline traffic. Japan Airlines I enjoyed the best overall but all of them are great. Where is the Singapora Airlines at?

I don't like Japanese airlines. For some reason they think flight attendants is the one of the finest and highest occupation that female can get, like super models.

The fact is, flight attendants are nothing more than safety guidance crew and cabin servants. Should be minimum wage job.

Japanese spoiled attendants used to get paid very high but now the companies have realized that was wrong. Now they only hire as contract workers with few years contract.

@MrGoldenmango I disagree. Every flights they take are risks. The priority of flight attendants are not just limited to serve passengers and maintain cabin mood. Think about the long studies of aircraft information, health monitoring, swift respond exercise and emergency procedure they have to bear, I think they deserve to be pampered by airlines. Also JAL paid their crew to maintain productivity and it isn't easy to work in this industry.

@Chris58851 Obviously,you don't know the reality. Japanese airlines have stopped hiring flight attendants as full time employee for some time. Reason? Just i had stated before. As a airman myself, flight attendants (especially in Japan) are way overrated occupation and most of ladies in that position are not aware what their primary duties are. They think they are fashion models or some kind of celebrities. For that reason, I will never fly Japanese airlines unless I have absolutely no choice.
