Instead of pointing out every wrong thing or dragging them down, positive reinforced comments should be encouraged while giving criticism. For instance, "Practice a little more and you will do well" is better than how you started, and, Dejan does choreography that allows people to do their own moves in his style, and if the girls do not get every move right, and put in their own, he would like that too.
