You play the notes, although techincally correct, with no feeling or sense. You also need a lot more training on the dispersion pedal, sorry to come down harsh on you, but the piano is a very difficult instrument to play, hitting the correct notes is just a part of playing a song well.
I think that it's pretty cool that you can do it by ear, but it sounds sort of strange. There are a lot of awkward gaps and silences; it doesn't really flow. It's kinda a grouping of patches of melody.
