  • Man! I´ve become into a sick fan of you! very very cool! is the harmonica you´re using a C tremolo? I play a lil the guitar and I have some honner blues harmonicas but I rather like celtic music, are the ones I´ve got useful? or I do I gotta buy a tremolo? thanks and keep it up!

  • @whiteshiningpaladin - thanks! What I'm playing there is a variation of the Hohner Marine Band - it's the 365 SBS, Steve Baker Special, has an extra low octave and a few extra high notes on the other end, key of D. You can play the tune with a standard key of D 10 hole diatonic, playing in 3rd position, since the key of the song is in Eminor - hope that helps you!

  • @InvisibleRover - thanks!

  • very cool, difficult too.....I like !

  • @anotheraoluser - thanks, it's actually a lot of fun!

  • Wonderful performance. I too enjoy playing harmonica and the guitar simultaneously. Please try playing Bachelor Boy, Outsider, Never on a Sunday,Raindrops keep falling on my head, Edelweiss, Scarborough affair, Country Road, Brown girl in the ring. Kindly keep in touch with me thro' my email: madhu491952@yahoo.co.in. Expecting your early reply. All the best to you.

  • Thousands of salute to you, sir. Just playing mouth organ constantly for 3 minutes itself a difficult task. Very nice rendition. Thanks for uploading innovatory idea.

  • I dig the Violin type emulation in your harmonica playing for this performance.....splendid playing! I love the energy you put into this.

  • @quinoacat : Hi Mark, thank you! Yes, Irish fiddle playing is the gold standard so to speak of Celtic melodies, and what's really cool is that if you can play the tunes you won't get kicked out of traditional session pub playing in Ireland - highly recommended as a GREAT time!

I'm playing a Hohner SBS 365 Marine Band, key of D. SBS stands for "Steve Baker Special" - I love 'em. It is standard diatonic tuned, not solo, except that it has a extra low octave plus some more notes on the top.

  • Escucharlo fue como volar sin salir de la silla...

  • What kind of harp? Solo tuned?
