Hi! Nice compostion! But the picture is not from Vienna!!!! Could be the Semper-Oper a famous operahouse in Dresden German? For sure this is non of the operhouses in Vienna!!!
@VienneseDelights I'm sorry but it bothers me so much... I've seen so many opera houses in my life and the Viennese Opera House is def. one of the most beautiful buildings. I've seen also the one in Dresden and it is also very stunning, but to say the Viennese Opera House is ugly... but ok, I'm in a good mood today, so l will let you live.
This is good !!. But please waltzes are not "stupid" ! That is an unwarranted insult to perfectly lovely music which has & will continue to delight and comfort millions.
I agree that they are not grand and imposing like the great symphonies or the ballets, but some waltzes come close ot them (specially those of Josef Strauss or those of Chopin) and in any way they originated as simple country music.
For me the waltz is the best form of light music now and forever !
@Peterasp1000 : Okay, I admit waltzes are not stupid in general - and a few of them are as good as it gets. But in general I think it´s a dead genre. It´s nearly impossible or maybe completely impossible to write something new or something good here.

Actually, the more you listen to it, the better it gets, if you have written this yourself, you could very well make some money on it if you would. To be honest, this is one of my favourites on the web!

I arranged it and put it up because people like you might like it. Seriously. Personally I think I´ve written better songs than this. The Vienna State Opera House is very beautiful. Maybe you are thinking of the Volksoper. This from an American who has seen both many, many times.
