It worked! But be careful  If you accidentally download the auto-tune 7 vst instead of the auto-tune EVO Vst it wont work... so make sure you download the right one.

ATTENTION EVERYONE. PLEASE THUMBS THIS UP FOR PEOPLE WITH A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. I checked on antares and audacity is not compatible. What you need to do to i get an ilok. I took my problem to guitar center twice and the ysaid the same thing. An ilok is about $50, but it should let you use audacity by obtaining a license from them.

You guys are messing up, Its not the "Beta" or anything, in the video the dude messed up. When he goes to antarestech website, in the video he clicks the "AUTOTUNE EVO" VST, you all are downloading the "AUTOTUNE 7" Which is not free and you have to pay for, thus it does not show up on your Effects, the website has changed since he put up this vid (2009-2011) so now on the antarestech site the link is in the second from top box. Enjoy
