How are you finding all this stuff in the sand? I searched the whole area and didn;t find anything. I know you have silver shiney things in your video, but i dont have these. Sorry if this is a dumb question but only have the game 2 days

Slaying the black cats will sometimes drop a shiny treasure they are holding. There are also hidden gather spots I found by just running around mashing the gather button
