They are AWFUL i remember asking my mum to get some after this ad, i was so disappointed, promptly told mum she didn't need to bother getting anymore. CACK!!!
I used to live on these when I was a kid! Used to eat round the edge, open up the pancake and scoop out the filling! Always did it this way so the filling wouldn't scald my mouth! Bought them few months ago..just not the same :-(
I remember older adverts than this - because they ended #Findus. Success on a plate for you!# Now look for an advert like that on YT, although likely predates video.
@cupcakefairy87 My MUM would KILL!!!! To find CURRY Findus Crispy Pancakes! I NEED Addresses of Tesco's NOW!!!! I live in Edinburgh,Scotland! Im not kidding, this is a desperate Plea!!! Do NOT IGNORE this message!!!
Those were nice. Findus ruled the 80s with quick food.
Me, My Bro and My Uncle would always sit in the living room with a few pancakes, french bread pizzas, etc around 3:00pm each Saturday whenever the A-Team came on.
@Hulk2k6 in the A-team they could make a rocket launcher from a box of fireworks and a visit to a scrap yard maybe you could make a crispy pancake from the burnt bits on your grill pan and the leavings in your fridge
Mmmmm Cheesy. What memories,my sister and I were just talking about these recently. They were delicious, but we haven't been able to get them in Oz for many years. My big fear is if they do bring them back again, they'll never match my sweet imagination...or memory. Happens with a lot of food I used to eat-just doesn't taste the same anymore:-( Is it me,or are they actually changing the recipe somehow?
The boy is my dad he was 16 at the time and is now 40! He is on IMDB as he was in clockwise ( a film). He is Mark Bunting (not the director)!

He probably has the whole fucking house plastered in those Findus (Finders) boxes now. Maybe the A-Team could rescue him out of there!

@gmartin1985 - Curry Findus Crispy Pancakes do still exist. I saw them in the frozen food cabinet at my local Tesco while out shopping.

We're these ads ever on TV? I associate Findus Crispy Pancakes ads with going to the cinema, but never saw them on TV.

All these ads were recorded off the TV.

They discontiued the curry Crispy Pancakes and I never understood why as they were phenomenal. I'd pay top dollar to eat one of those again.

How about adding some Cheez-strings or Dairylea Dunkers to the mix?
RedHeadVicky 3 years ago
Cheezstrings were a more recent release.
Certain foodstuffs were criminal though..
