l'm on the fence... so 2 speak about Bejemo,s work, it looks like he inks and color washes over photographs and calls them drawings, like that Warholist, Tim Bradstreet,

When u were interviewing him, did u actually see him draw anything? lf so, was it hyper-detailed in the way that we see his comics?

I'm pretty sure I saw him drawing (not tracing), but I have to admit that Comic Con is a bit of a blur at this point. I, personally, think his work is amazing, but to each his own! I gotta say, though... I find his art on Joker even more frighteningly detailed than Heath Ledger's makeup in The Dark Knight. Makes me shiver!

why where you disallusioned with jae lee? does he trace? i ve seen skeetches of him and have got the same detail as his printed works

1st,my apologies for taking so long to respond. Well Carl, its just my opinion,but after seeing Bradstreet's process for "drawing" Punisher covers....l started to question a number of hyper-detailed "artitsts"about their authenticity.

Another thing is whenever l'm online and l check out footage from comic con, the 'artists" that l speak of are almost never shown drawing anything for the fans.

To your Lee question: l can't swear to you that he's tracing, all l can say is that l have my doubts.

i know,i check many times for several artists videos, especially jae lee and i dont found many videos of him frawing, mot of the time none. At least im able to found pictures of his sketches but iknoew what you mean i also have my doubtsbut not only of him.
