Aside from that, the speakers were out of action on Ramore head today,so the people up there couldn't hear anything that was going on commentry wise,I know we are lucky to have the show this year as it was touch and go, but I think it was kinda thrown together this year,poor commentry on ramore head,no helicopters on the tennis courts there,nobody allowed on the harbour piers,very few interesting aircraft,mostly light aircraft,no helicopter displays...lets hope 2011 is better.
What was going on with that commentator like? He told us it wasn't to appear,this was disapointing enough as it was what I came to the airshow for more than anything,then as we were driving home in the car it screamed overhead - we called that commentator a few choice words, was there a complete breakdown in communication between him and the RAF? It seems there must have been.At least it appeared today but didn't seem to be able to put on much of a show in comparison to previous visits.
