Limited or No Connectivity

I'm watching this to fix my laptop's internet. I can connect in other places but not to my own Wifi. I tried your method and on the final step when it's re-connecting its comes back to limited or no connectivity, please help.

I did all that but it doesn't ask for the 'network key'!!

Why does it ask for network key when i try my neighbors but it doesn't when i try to connect to mine?!

You know what's weird, when I set my router to WEP, its Limited or no connectivity

But when I set it on WAP, it work like a charm, I wanna keep the security at WEP so. I can connect it with my other consoles

WAP doesn't allow to connect with the consoles( like Ipod touch or Ipad and many more)

does this problem causes your pc to shut down? because mines shuts down randomly. but when i unplug the cable that goes from the internet box (w/e its called) to my computer it turns on fine without shutting down and then when i plug in the cable i get that bubble and it shuts down :(, HELP!
