I'd be more worried about them getting trapped in the filters than getting poisoned by the chlorine.

As long as they don't stay in the pool, the chlorine shouldn't be a problem. And yes - ducks will jump right into a chlorinated pool. I've been removing ducklings from mine for three years running.

@smoove7343 I'm not an expert on ducks, but I think chlorine can't be good for them. I just know it's not good for people. Ducks are always coming around that time of year when we just fill the pool with fresh water, and I never see them afterwards. As far as the snorty's comment, I think it was pretty nasty that's why it got removed.
