Mr. Korelin, IMHO I also think this debt/currency crisis is surpassing us, very fast. The media who don't know about precious metals say the PM "bubble" is over. The truth is the real bubble (debt in this case) is the one ready to burst.
I'll quote John Templeton: "Bull markets are born in pessimism, grow in doubt, consolidate in optimism and die in euphoria". Having said that, I think silver and gold still have a long way up, as long as QE(N) keep coming. Best regards.
How many QEs does bernanke have in him?I'm tempted to stock up on resources equities to catch the wave, but surely people are figuring out that QE destroys wealth rather then creates it? QE buys time, but they will need more cash to buy less of it and the people of the world aren't entirely stupid... So I'm staying away from stocks, just in case the penny drops (pun intended) and the QE emperor is revealed as naked.
The EPSF is about to hit the fan. Personally, I think the Euro is toast. If the ECB doesn't print money to maintain the status quo, the European market will tank on the heels of fear that the PIIGs really will default. Brinksmanship will be the name of the game until they hit print. Question is how far will things tumble until them do?
