@obliviondouble Hard work to get items in WotLK? What? Burning Crusade wasn't that difficult, either, to be clothed in full epics. Only in classic (why do people insist on using the hideous term "vanilla"?) was it truly something to see someone in full epics. Although, part of the difficulty came from 40 man raids. The only way you saw epics was raiding, and getting into a 40 man guild that could progress was a challenge enough. Then you had to roll against several other people.

@sillygrl23 You talk to Darion Mograine in Icecrown Citadel. You have to be a Paladin, Death Knight, or Warrior to start it. Also, you have to be at least friendly with Ashen Verdict. Be warned, the chain is a long, difficult process.

Lol Sylvanas make it sound like only the Forsaken was effected by The Lich King. She makes it sound like only her people had a reason for vengeance. And she ends it with a selfish request to make the entire world always remember what her people was put throught. I knew Undeads didn't cared much about others but this is ridiculous.

@EllieBellyNet There's a specific item that is only lootable by a wielder of Shadowmourne to finish a quest, its a simple sealed box, when you turn the quest in and open the box inside there is a memento to Jaina, among other things. Apparently it was a symbol of her love, and he's for her. Rather touching.

It also fetches about 30k gold on the AH, because its BoE. Heeh.

Looks like its included in a quest chain from an item drop. (perhaps from heroic mode or from the shadowmourne chain). The audio itself is not included in the encounter, normal or heroic.

Paragon took many weeks to down him and I have no doubt in my mind that they focused every possible hour of progression on downing him using their attempts only to their fullest potential with the smartest strategy. The comments made by them afterward also stated that they believe without a shadow of a doubt that this encounter on 25 heroic is the hardest raid encounter in the history of WoW.

People may be pugging 10 man LK with a really great group or 25 in a gdkp or something, but there is no possible way that 25 man heroic is being pugged. I'm confident that no pugs are even close to being capable of that. Not to mention that the buff has been increased by 15% since they downed him weeks and weeks ahead of any other hardcore progression guild.

@GodWarProductions Stars got him b4 3.0 as did several other guilds. I still think that Yogg-Saron was harder than LK personally, but in the eyes of the people that know what they're doing, it has been said that LK is harder, so I take their word for it.
