This guy is a joke.... and a hustler. This company must have had the lowest bid. They charge new homeowners fees for services not provided and even before they had ownership. He is extremely defensive and cocky and bottom line just simply about hustle. Please think twice before considering this company
lownbrow, you are absolutely right. STOP attempting to collect assessments from new home buyers, for services provided before they even had ownership of the home. This guy will go hard on a dollar!
