There won't be a demo released to the public, it comes out in 7 days. The only known demo was giving to gamestop workers etc.

I dont know for sure but my guess is Early October 2010 or Late September 2010 and I dont think this is the demo it says 'Bioshock 2 Demo Gameplay' cause it is a demo, a demonstration
