  • just plain great..moody bloes gave me the best sci fi music of its time

  • You would be hard pressed to find other artists that wrote songs as well as the Moodies.

  • Powerful song! So much meaning. ve

  • What a brilliant video. One of Mike Pinder's classic songs. He is definitely missed by the Moodies just as Ray is.

  • I LOVE THE BLANK MINUTES AFTER THE SONG IT GIVES YOURSELF TIME TO THINK. THANK YOU, BRAD

  • I was 17 when the Moody Blues came into our lives. When they were new their music was etherial and non judgmental. Peace lay at their centre of being and they were for us the antithesis of eveything that made the modern world dark. We didn't attach their music to a creed or a religion, and now we hear Tuesday Afternoon and wonder where we were when the magic started and who in this crazy modern techno world is going to carry it on who else is watching and waiting.

  • @1879emma I love your thoughts. Right on. I was there too.

  • @1879emma Let us all help to speed the day when this wonderful world and its rich resources are held in common for the benefit of all humanity.

  • Zee best MB Album...I started listening to the MB in the sixties...{Go Now}. This is the one to have...ugh, except yah gotta have the other six, too.

  • Muslim, Christian and the crazy nuts from all other religions are to blame. I am a Christian who is sick and tired of idiots who twist their chosen "bible" to match their political and economic values. For those of you who follow Jesus and love big business and believe in killing for oil, shame on you! Jesus taught peace and I am sure the Muslim Prophet also taught peace. Songs and videos like this are a reminder that we are here to share - Long live the Moody Blues!

  • @TheSunFisher all wars are fought over money and not religion and if you can prove me wrong then do it!

  • @TheSunFisher a wise man once said that religion was the opiate of the masses not any more the crap on the one eyed monster that sits in most living rooms has taken over apart from that religion was the earliest way of manipulating the masses

  • One of my favorite getting stoned on marijuana songs from the early 1970s.Up until last month I owned a perfect copy of this album on vinyl.Unfortunately,I had to give away my record collection because I am moving.I hope that I can find this album on CD.

  • We don't need weapons and war to destroy us all. Natural disasters take a lot of lives as it is. We definitely don't need the hatred. It's sad that so many do hoard. It's like an addiction. That cannon is huge. But I imagine what it would do to a child.... not just in the physical sense...but the devastation to the homes and lives around us that are destroyed....and that is what is very sad. The little ones who are obliterated from this. I can't hate others because of their beliefs. We choose.

  • The song and video tell many stories. All the misery and suffering. The 'world' will always be lost...to the greed, selfishness, hatred. If we accept the differences and stop trying to control...we would be so much better for it. Just work, live, and go about every day in a simple way...no desires to have too much or to take. I love this song. It gets to me...and so does this video.

  • @Muffett53 thats the atomic cannon from the picatinny arsenal in the begining i wouldnt want to be in the same state with that thing a scientist said with the amount of overpopulationa and the lack of resources on the earth the history of the human race is going to be a bitter struggle for survival the few cant hoard and waste the resources of the planet

  • Heads up Californians' the Moody Blues are coming this year 2011 to Southern Cal

and AND AND SARATOGA. I am THERE.

  • Heads up Californians' the Moody Blues are coming this year 2011 to Southern Cal

and AND AND SARATOGO. I am THERE.

  • @ysplse

The "answer" is to BE STRONG... don't let evildoers have a chance (or even think they have a chance) to do you harm... only then can real peace (for the strong, at least) be achieved. Knee-jerk appeasement will only encourage evildoers. There will ALWAYS be injustice in the world - we really can only take care of our own, at the same time trying not to take advantage of others, and hope the rest of the world will follow suit... but, more often than not, there will be evil in the world

  • ... revolution never won, its just another form of gun to do what's been done...That fact leads us to the critical mass, the mass movement: the bloodless transformation full of hearts beating the drum of peace, in unison: a loud transforming song, a roar that the media will largely ignore as it did the millions in the streets of London, Madrid, Paris, New York, Mexico City, Rio, Sidney, Tokyo... who protested the murder of Iraq. Critical mass will change the world, gently, firmly and ever more.

  • Moody Blues = wonderful and great. Your video = politics. Moody Blues does not equal your viewpoint, although it may have merit. I am a MBs fan all my life and I don't want ever to associate this magical band with anyones politics. The Moodys represent personal love and understanding.

  • @vinstyles, the ideal that you pose here does have credence. Still, what the Moody Blues and countless folk, pop, rock, country...all art songwriters do, almost to the song, is transform the political back to what it was before power, in the hands of the few, defiled it. Songsters may not bring the political all the way back to the ideal of political as the art that all of us share and celebrate--but songsters do put the political back on its road home to our heart, out of the toxic wasteland.

  • Saw these guys live in 2009 in WA. They still have the singing capabilities even for 60 year olds.

Needless to say I was stoned >.>

But man. The show was simply amazing. Definitely ranks up there with Pink Floyd.

  • The human race is so stupid...we never seem to learn anything from war.

  • Notice this guy only shows the horror of war from the other side.

Believe it or not liberals, America has suffered in war as well.

We didn't have to get involved in WW1 or WW2, but we did and we suffered mightily because of it. Typical America lib.

  • @zxer91 We were attacked by the Japanese. That was why we went to war in ww2. Also WW2 was necessary. Millions of people were being sent to ovens and being killed by the Nazi Regime. War can be useful and can help end killing. Plus War is apart of who we all are. You can never end war. Thats why children who have never been taught about war will still play with sticks and combat each other. Use them as swords. Its apart of being human.

  • @rbh1138 Don't believe everything you read, it's mostly Bullshit, About 99 9/10th's

  • My favorite Moody Blues song. Fantastic album!

  • In the Seventies one of my first vynyl LP, ; Seventh Sojourn, great music, still. In a way it never changed, the way I feel when listening to the Moodies.

  • These Guys were Poets bellive me ,They should have been given the honours for their contributions to music and such ..................................................ééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééééé

  • Whoa that is something serious. Hopefully people can open there eyes to the reality of terror for terror and the coruption of souls that lay in the wake of its ruthlessness. May the creator have mercy on us all. o.o

  • Always engages my heart, kind of a folk song. It reminds me of Where Have All The Flowers Gone. Thanks but I need to listen to something uplifting now.....Johnny

  • There is a message in this song, and it rips my soul to see a frickin advertisement banner here.Somebody worried about getting there 2 cents worth.Thats whats wrong with this country now,and this damn world.400% mark up on everything.Greed!!! It truly makes me sick.

  • Go intro, and it will happen on 4,20 (insider)

  • How many feathers are there on a Perdue chicken?

  • From in my opinion, the best Moodies album,Seventh Sojourn

  • what a great video. i support our troops, but i cant stand johnson, nixon, carter, clinton, bush and obama. they are so lost.

  • Mike Pinder gave the Moodies most of their deepness, back in the good old days. It was such a great counterpoint to Justin and his lighter stuff. In that way it was a bit like Lennon and McCartney, but Pinder went far beyond Lennon on deep topics. And that is no slam on Lennon. Pinder was great. I wish he'd never left.

  • The Moody Blues were/are spiritual and would not buy into some of the comments below. These guys wrote and sang some of the most emotive and thought provoking music ever. Please just listen to it (THEIR MUSIC) and take a personal view - there are many meanings to their songs, all of which are personal and the Moody's understand and appreciate that.

  • another classic

  • they think by raising a US flag in the backyard

    they are being patriotic

they do not realize that as a nation

    how can we be

a race hating to death another race

RACE RACE RACE EVIL POISON HELL

    YOU CALL THAT PATRIOTISM ???

  • @Markking11

True patriotism lies in making your country an example of kindness and brothership towards others, not in asserting your superiority in violent means. The only race that matters in this is one in particular - human.

As a patriot, I am greatly shamed by the acts my country has performed.

  • well done, Steve. The biggest dealer of weapons, war technology, and intervention using military power just happens to be my nation, the United States.

Mike Pinder was great. This was my high school music in the early 70s.

  • Great pics for a fantastic song

  • There is no evil, only in the mind! Clear your mind, and be aware of what you can create with your heart, we are the Humanity with Love we write.I tell you once more to wake up from a deep sleep and see the Wonder you are!!!

  • War is a very neccessary evil. Besides, it IS good for children...the victors' children!

  • "War, a necessary evil"

    I so agree-

    only as long as

    it's waged on you

    and not me!

  • Hi,lovely song the heart will all ways shine there is all ways hope.

  • You know...I really really miss Mike Pinder's songs, and of course the Mellotron!

  • Mike Pinder is not a particularly good vocalist, but his delivery of the line "They THINK they're right" is great.

This song is Mike at his best.

  • 1972 Pinder wrote this song. Seems like he was having visions of this last decade. Lyrics "Some of them are living an illusion" "Bounded by the darkness in their minds" "In their eyes it's nation against nation, against nation, with racial pride" "Thinking only of themselves"

Makes me think of the illusion that was 9/11

  • very good lyric is like visionary, like nostradamus, but if you are a critical or sensitive person, you`ll see the effects before appearing.

  • very nice video!!!!

  • Spirituality: Good.

Religion: Bad. Makes too many fanatics.

    This song: Good

    Posted comments: Great

  • Religion is a nice place to visit , but I wouldn't want to live there. God's love, truth, and beauty is one thing that belongs to every soul. That's why I like the Moody Blues, because dogma gives way to true spiritual vision in their work. Also, there... um.. Good musicians.

    Peace!

  • Can you people please stop talking and just enjoy this great song... tssss...

  • Hic sapientia est: PERIODIC TABLE OF THE ELEMENTS. Qui habet intellectum computet numerum bestiae. Numerus enim hominis est. Et numerus eius est secenti sexaginta sex. Like the scroll fragment says, I studied this for two solid years before it hit me. The beast was always someone else. Then a little bird ran from me like I was the devil incarnate! Power tends to corrupt.

  • On June 3rd 1977 a mob mentality went down like a Led Zeppelin when a rain of water fell. A rain of fire will do the same. I just hope the Paristies (all grownups) can see it clearly enough that the kids don't have to. Kids don't need houses, they need parents to stop acting like beasts. In fact they get cheated out of a wonderful experience, carpentry! According to the Bible I'm the King of Kings, chosen one according to the dead sea scrolls. real science is not subject to peer review.

  • grownups gathered in their masses, just like witches at black masses. How many people ever said, "I don't like sex, but I'm gonna do a kid a favor" The results of super bowl 43 was the answer to my prayer, plus a second mile. I'm earth's only scientist, all others are Paris Hilton wanna bes. When I found out Kurt Warner was a Bible thumper, I begged Jesus to put him down. He went the second mile and put on Tristan Kingsley, porn star. Evolution is proof Christ is Lord. Carbon 12 is 666.

  • I have no idea what everybody's problem is! This song song is nothing about war it's just a real good song by mike pinder!

  • It's not really the song I was commenting on. The song is a great piece of music with a good message. My commenting was on the trail of video clips and the somewhat slanted approach that they "spin".

  • @1982Reagan Hey man do you even have a clue what the Moody Blue OR this song is about? Do you even hear the lyrics? Do you need a road map to a clue?

  • @dirkstorm nice timing guy 1 year ago ;) but anyway, I've understood the lyrics for a while now and I was wrong.

  • @1982Reagan Purely coincidence. A friend posted another favorite song of theirs, you and me, as a sort of theme song for my work on the Globally Attainable Abundance & Sustainability Plan on facebook and this song was listed too at the end. (Along with wildest dreams) Anyway, glad you were able to hear or read the correct lyrics and are cool enough to admit it. Cheers.

  • what truely is sad,is the Bushes,Binladens,Etc.,are getting richer off of oil that was bought by the bood of children of America.

  • Here's a frightening thought:

The Bush family and the bin-Laden family have been friends for many years. al-Qaeda and the bin-Laden family are centered in Saudi Arabia. One of the US' Middle East allies, and one of the worst countries in terms of human rights or anything approaching GWB's brand of "democracy" and "freedom".

It all makes you wonder what the US keeps getting itself into...

  • You seem to have left out another,Bush!!A man who used his power to protect his precious oil rights. Now we have thousands of innocent people still dying.and we are paying high prices for fuel that children of america paid there lives for.The Bushes,Binladans, etc.

  • Don't forget Clinton either. When the Lewinsky scandal was in full blown mode, he bombed a sovereign nation, at the behest of the "United Nations". But, usually, if a Democrat is involved in the military action, it is "seen" as justifiable. Clinton fired a couple of million dollar cruise missiles up some camels butts to take the heat off of the flap in the news about his lack of Presidential Calibre. But you didn't hear much about that, now, did you ?

  • Let me also say that there is so much more to this song, this beautiful song, than war.

  • Hi Steve: I love the Moody Blues. I love the message in their music. I heard much of it when it was brand new. I say that to show you that I'm not a spring chicken. I'm a middle aged person. I agree with some of the images on your video, but it seems like you may be blaming america for things that are not her fault. I'll wait for your reply.

  • phactchecker, my intention is to show my dislike of war, and the way wars are used to promote someones political agenda. If politics is used correctly, no one need go off to war to "die for our country" I have friends who were willing "to give all", and did. They are my heroes, but we need to say "war no more"...

  • I respect your views, but I think that it is naive to think that politics alone prevent wars. In high school, a good speech doesn't protect someone from a bully. A bully is going to do what is in his or her mind to do. Only a more "superior force" will make him stop and think. Perhaps as in "The Karate Kid", a person would take self-defense lessons. Yet, the bully would not be persuaded until he found out that the smaller person was now able to defend themself. This would require force.

  • I am glad you brought up the bully analogy.

No, words do not stop a bully. It is by making the bully understands the consequences of their deeds that they can understand. With understanding, they change.

    I was a bully.

The guilt, the shame, still rests with me.

    I learned.

    I learned compassion.

Instead of being feared and untrusted, watched like a feral hound, I now am loved for the kindness I give to others. It was perhaps the most important realization of my life.

  • In regards to war... what, other than an equally irresistable force would stop a Hitler, a Stalin, a Bin Laden, and even an Ahmadinejahd ? These are more than bullies, these are Madmen. It seems altogether logical, that a "calm madman" with the power of his own nuclear weapon, or a pre-emptive strike force, could stop the carnage that the "mad" madman plans to exact upon one or many other nations.

  • I'm glad you mention that.

Stalin and Hitler would have been easily averted with an educated populace that didn't help them rise to power.

As for Bin Laden, and Iraq, among others - our current issues that still have yet to be resolved...maybe we shouldn't have gotten ourselves involved with, SUPPORTED, and TRAINED these people in the first place? Yes, we trained Bin Laden and his people, and sold biological warfare weapons to Saddam.

We certainly put *those* Hitlers into power.

    Directly.

  • I don't disagree, entirely, with you. If I remember correctly, the Iranians took over our Embassy. We "retaliated" against them by arming their enemy, Saddam Hussien. We also armed the Afghanistan "military" to defeat the Communist Soviets. We live in a brutal world. When Sting sang, "I hope the Russians love their children too", I thought that was a great way to reach across the chasm. How do you reach across when the whack-jobs strap explosives to their children ?

  • True.

We have to be mindful of creating the world our children live in. I really doubt that many of those deciding policy back in the 60s-80s and on were really thinking that their country's children would be dying in our modern times for the careless mistakes they made. They made many "easy" decisions, many of those based upon pride that later, today, bites us in the ass. One of those easy decisions was to promise to help rebuild Afghanistan...which we didn't after bombing it. Twice now.

  • I think it is too soon to consider rebuilding since we are still engaged in the fight. In Germany and Europe, WE rebuilt their infrastructure and more, yet they were the ones who "brought it on themselves". Why did WE have any responsibility to rebuild anything ? I think that is what set us up for the "Poor Poor Europe syndrome ". Canada for instance, has "universal health care", but they don't have to fund a military to protect their part of this hemisphere. WE do that for them too. Why ?

  • We helped Germany and Europe rebuild to show that while we could wage war - we could also be kind. The war wasn't against the common German people. The same for Japan and how the US limited their military with a treaty, but in turn helped them out with rebuilding and settling the conflict down entirely. Did anyone else use the H bomb against innocents?

Canada doesn't need a strong military, because the country really doesn't act like belligerent children with a short memory and attention span.

  • ... except 'war no more' ends up allowing evil to run rampant. There is war that is just, Godly even. The defeat of Hitler was that. So there will be, until the Savior returns, war. While war is not preferable, sometimes it is necessary, and brings about good.

  • "War that is just, Godly" could mean a number of things. The first that comes to mind would be the Crusades against the "evil heathens".

No, what Hitler did was not right. However, it was the ignorance and divisiveness of the people that allowed Hitler to come into power. While they were bickering with each other, a tyrant came into power.

America is almost to that point. Instead of focusing on what brings us together, we seek reasons why we are different and separate ourselves.

  • Ah, like the ignorance and divisiveness that brought Obama to the White House.

  • It is so much more than that.

I find it amusing yet tragic that the majority of Americans focus upon the President, when Congress has been screwing them over for years by selling out this country to their corporate buddies.

There is far much more to politics than what you see on TV.

  • Or let me go a step further.

It was that ignorance and divisiveness that killed our own troops in Iraq, because people didn't know anything about Afghanistan or our hand with Osama.

Some prospective troops I've seen "look forward to killing Iraqis" when that is just grotesque ignorance. We're not at war with the Iraqi people.

That means despite all the news reports, despite school, despite their 18 years of vegging out in front of the Education Box, they don't know what "insurgent" means.

  • Then we wonder why the world looks on in horror as our troops laughingly perform actions that lead to decapitated children, broken families, and the EXACT same thing we did in Afghanistan 20-30 years ago that just turned the remaining family members into people who would want to attack America.

To fight along with the CIA trained Al-Qaeda/Afghani mujahideen. Where Iraq has anything to do with that. Ah. The whole WMDs thing.

We originally sold those to Saddam in the 80s.

    Illuminating, no?

  • @stevesilvia You are horribly naive.

  • @Halo101st you're horribly simple

if there's any conflict that must be fought for the good of everything, its the fight inside all of us to resist our bad habits, laziness, ignorance and softness

people say all sorts of things but stand for nothing when it comes down to the little things they do. buying clothes made by children in sweatshops, paying taxes to prop up governments which prey on their own citizens through the legal system and economy and much more

  • @eyesea It took you two months to come up with that classic example of '60's psychobabble? I repeat, you are horribly naive.

  • @Halo101st i've lived a fair bit not through other peoples stories... and not by orders of men.. you should try it

  • @stevesilvia war belongs to america as victors thst is the price of winning, eternal suspicion and fear

  • Sadly, much of what happened in recent times is simply what we did to others twenty years ago turned back upon ourselves.

America sowed much of the sorrow visited upon itself in selfish uncaring treatment of other peoples.

If only those in power could treat others with consideration and work towards betterment of all mankind, then it could truly be a beautiful thing.

It is wisdom that begets compassion, and ignorance that breeds brutality.

    Moody Blues - The Balance

  • @phactchecker sounds like you need to read more books

  • Still remember the first time I played this album in my dorm my first year college. I bought it sound unheard. I had a premonition after hearing the opening measures of this song that this was no ordinary music.

Have you forgotten we're all children?

    because....

The child is the father of the man.

  • Peace to all Moody Blues fans and to the world. Great song, and video.

  • Seventh Sojourn Rules. The most underrated MB album. Awesome song!

  • They could have made it more complicated like to our ... but they wanted songs that could be played live .

  • Yes, there is no substitute for fantastic melodies and SS is full of them. So many great meodies - everyone talks of Days of Future Passed - but I will take Seventh Sojourn any day. I think their most melodic.

  • @wpollock1 they wanted to record songs in a way that they could be performed live some of the other albums are harder to perform live maybe impossible then or more possible now

  • @wpollock1 Unbelievable music on this album it is their Sgt Pepper!

  • AH Mike THE Mellotron king he damn near was the machine. What a great song, what a keyboard instrument and Wakeman burnt both of his!!!!

  • yes, this was the music of a great era. i have all of their albums. yes albums, not cds.only the greatest compilationof hits on cd. what memories.

  • This song still speaks the facts of our world today. History will teach us nothing, if we do not learn from history. I love the Moody Blues. This was always one of my favorite songs. Even when I was a child it was one of my favorites.

    Take care of each other.

  • Comment removed

  • ahh so this is where Madlib sampled this song. "Go - produced by Madlib".

  • Worrying but such a beautiful song ! Pure Mike Pinder style !

  • This song has stirred my heart since I first heard it way back when, and it still does today. It was always a song that I felt in my heart. Wake up people and realize this:

    I am You.

    You are I

    We are They

    and We are ONE

    Peace and Love in ONEness

  • Your vid sure nailed this one...to the point where I won't watch it alone again

  • What a great song; an emotional, intense one for sure...,Still has a lot of relevance in todays world,in spite of the recession in the USA (yeah,I'm unemployed, too) we still have it better than a lot of people in OUR world, with wars, famine, loss of hope, loss of faith.

The great works of art & music, to me anyways, always are timeless,& transcend any social/ethnic barriers. Mike said it better than anyone,we are ONE world, and ONE human race, anything that divides us is merely human pretensions.

  • What happens to us after we take that first breath of life. At that point we are innocent and the same. Our cry sounds the same.

  • HOUSEOFFOURDOORS, great comment! Never thought about it that way.

  • Hi xtremenortherner

You are absolutely right, the lyrics are so profound that they will continue to be relevant in decades to come.

Mike Pinder may not be anywhere near as famous or prolific as Bob Dylan but his songwriting and message are on a par, in my opinion. This song, together with tracks such as My Song and One Step into the Light are masterpieces.

  • Everyone is looking for the answers, well look again, come on my friend.

Love will find us in the end. Come on my friend, we've got to bend, on our knees and say a prayer.

Oh, can you see the world is pining. Pining for Someone Who really cares enough to share His Love with all of us so we can be an ever loving family.

Have we forgotten we're all children? Children from a family tree thats longer than a centipede that started long ago when you and I where only love....

  • In their eyes its nation against nation

    against nation....

  • Great work - thank you for your impressive interpretation of this song.

  • Beautiful video. Thank you for posting it. I love the Moody Blues!

  • Mike Pinder ...genius along with Justin Heywood.

his contribution to the band should never be

    underestamated.

  • Don't forget about John Lodge......He wrote Candle of Life and many other amazing songs.

  • Thank You again "Stevesilvia" I still love this video. So Appropriate in these times.

God Bless you and you work !

  • I think its no coincidence that a song"Lost in a Lost World" has people arguing creation vs evolution. Its IN human nature to seek God,the "still small voice" is calling throughout your life. One can banish outward signs/expressions of Christianity, but you'll never stop whats in your heart. Evolution, like Eugenics,Racism,& Communism are all failing/failed systems of the 20th century. You know,Newton,Boyle,Pasteur,Maxwell,& Kelvin were devout Christians as well as scientists.Makes you wonder...,

  • Oh Jesus! Knock it off already! Just let this music talk to you...not visa-versa.

  • Amazing how this song is, as visonary as decades past would allow! Will mankind survive?

  • Mr. Pinder is the creative genius behind the Moody Blues in so many of the bands compositions. He was the X factor. Combining the mellotron with his out of body experiences as a child. He gave us a whole new way of looking within ourselves through the music he created with the band. He was a huge influence and can never be replaced. This is just one example of his genius

  • I'm 100% for people believing whatever they want. If one wants to believe that an omniscient being created the earth a few thousand years ago...so be it. If they want to believe the earth sits on the back of a giant turtle...so be it. If they want to believe in astrology, UFOs and bigfoot...so be it. If they want to believe in none of this...so be it.

Just don't force your beliefs on others.

  • Amen.

  • Evil is as Evil does.

Evil leaders shroud their words and deeds with good intentions to suck in syncopanthic followers. Claims like It is the will of the people, For the good of the people, It is God's will and a bevy of other rationalizations.

The sad part is how so many get duped to follow along or it is the sense of power one gets when they join in a 'greater cause' that justifies deeds they would never do on their own.

An eye for an eye will make the world blind.

  • Right on brother!

  • A very moving video. If only everybody found the answer in love.

  • So relevant today!

  • Good song, but sad video!

  • This song is so beautiful!!

  • AZ1-- To "Be" that`s the rub, as a gent named AR Orage said.."Man consumes impressions and shits out behavior"... So for me to"Be" is such a tough one as I have no permanent "I" -- merly reacting to outside events in a subjective manner.

  • Humans are mere babies looking for a parent to teach it how to be a child, so it may growup to learn what it means to BE, to exist to think with the thought to see.

  • As Buckmeister Fuller said..."For me God is a verb not a Noun.

Our Jewish Brethern spell God G-d.

As the Moodies said, .."Its all around you if you would but perceive"....

  • Hello from Israel. Sad, but this song so true for what happen here...

  • Hello osher1525. I'm sorry about what is happening there. Keep your faith for soon all will be revealed. Love to you.

  • Yes indid. This part of the world are crazy! thank 4 u 2

  • So you like the Moody Blues. What other music do you listen to over there in Israel?

  • I remember when this album came out, the fall of 1970. This tune is so real, especially in it's time of play......beautiful in it's own right.

  • F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C-!

  • winnentoe, thanks. check out Mike Pinders new Youtube site, "songwars".

  • Gods government soon to come with bring

"accurate knowledge" of Gods love and a government which will go on for ever HERE ON EARTH. We are living in the last days, WE are the last generation, blinded by false religion, fals knowledge of our Great Creator who wants all man to qualify to live forwever. Remember He said "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do" We, who know Gods Name look forward to "they Kingdom come, on earth as is it is in heaven"

  • Bush ecomoic policies??? lmao Economy was great till DEMS TOOK OVER!

It's Democrats that ignored his admin & Republican warnings - In Their Own Words. (search it) DEMOCRATS SET THE TRAPS FOR VOTES!

Ahhh... but that would mean having to hear the truth... would go against the grain of moonbat thinking, now wouldn't it?

  • Sorry, but Bush government had really NO ECONOMIC POLICIES: all the powers were set to the war in Iraq and nobody had any idea what was going on in the economics. Now we are deep in the s. But the good thing is that Friedman's voodoo-economics will be buried down. And we will have Keynes back in bisnes! He was the man who saved Europe after the world war II! Without his economics most countries in the Western Europe had have some kind of communist revolution then...

  • nope :)

  • Whoever would have guessed that the generation that shook up the world, and fought for equality, ecology, peace, love, and understanding would have taken us to where we are today....skyrocketing divorce rate, teen pregnancy rate, and drop-out rate, overweight, under-savers, over-spenders and voracious consumers...

What went wrong along the way. The words to this song mean more today that any one could have imagined. The slide show is a statement...I hope someone is listening !~!

  • The Bible Prophecied all the war's & many more bad thing's that going on today, but he also gave us a chance to folIow him & live in eternal new Heaven when he come's back to us

He will Kill the Devil for good this time.

Man made war & a lot of nasty thing's, but God give's us a second chance to go with him.

We are living in the last day's of the Prophecie's now, what's your choice?.

  • Man didn't make war.....

Last time I read the bible, God's favorite hobby is the slaughter of tens of thousands.

In fact, the Devil is NOTHING compared to God when it comes to murder. Let's see the body count:

    God: Tens of thousands

    Devil: Maybe 10

Frankly the Christian God is a whacked out nut job. He killed thousands for mispronouncing a word!! Schoeblite!

  • This statement is absured and foolish. God does not cause evil nor does god want evil to exist. Mans ungodly ways cause death and suffering. Soon the Kinddom will be ehre on earth and a time of peace, pleant, no nore sorrw or pain. See you in the resurection, when the truth will be known.

  • You did not understand the sarcasm in my message.

In the bible God slaughters people by the thousands. Just read the bible dude. God is one of the craziest literary mythological characters ever conceived.

  • Porter you havn't a clue! However you are not the only person blinded by Satins wows. The whole world belongs to and is decieved by Satin, he knows his days are numbered. Soon Jesus The Christ will return to be King of Kings, Lord of Lords. We will have peace ON EARTH and you my not knowing friend, in Gods mercy, will ressurect you and make you an offer you can't refuse! Please tell me you would like to know more Gods Truth, and I will be happy to send you my phone #... best wishes. Frank JHW

  • I was in Catholic School for 12 years. I know all about the bible and theology. The bible is a piece of literature written by men for the purpose of religion. There are many old religious texts (ex: bible) and every faction of those religions regards their own book to be absolute "truth." So which is right?

I am a scientist and a realist. Quoting scripture to me is about as useful as telling me about Zeus, both useless. So really, you haven't a clue. You are blinded by indoctrination.

  • Porterwake. Thank you for your quick response. We both have alot in commonCathlic school and science. You are right in so many ways, religion has been used to manipulate and repression,FALSE religion. There is a truth. As a student of biblical archaeological study.I have seen over the years so much of religion and science mesh in understanding. The problem is Fals religion, religions of the world. There is a "accurate knowlede of God"am61 & know where you are comming from.frankponzo@comcast.netc

  • False religion to you is religion that is not your own. Your religion is viewed just as false from other religious perspective. The inability to think from the other perspective is a common trait among indoctrinated individuals who claim their old book is bet
