@iBLUbyYOU2 no one calls them ears, and the whole set is called "fenders"the whole quads fenders are called "plastics". and since that video i polished all the aluminum, put on g4 graphics, and g4 number plates, hiper carbon fiber rims, itp quad cross tires, a quad tech polaris mxr hood (i like the style beter) and someotha stuff im prob forgeting, it looks 100x beter now and im getin the nerfs powder coated black and a-rms white on top black on the botom. ha what do u pain ur shit hhahaha
@iBLUbyYOU2 i jus had new kb valve guides, valve seals, re seated the valves, adjusted valves, cleaned carb, new wiseco timing chain, new axle bearings and some other shit. and inside the motor you wouldnt be able to tell who makes the cams, they almost look exactly the same, i have a spare prac motor that has mikey dunlop cams in it, my race motor has tom carlson national cams. you couldnt even find that shit haha. my quad has been flow bench tested and dyno tested.tmr ull see how it looks now

@iBLUbyYOU2 dude i traded my mxr for my 440, i dont have the paper work, go on je pistons site and they even have a video showin u how a custom piston is made and how the a buyer can order a custom piston and the engineers will design it and evrything. it is light weight for a reason, my advanced timing key, it has to be able to work, a reg 440 piston isnt light enough for timing mod so the guy had a custom piston made. its 13.5;1. im gona have them boost it up to atleast 14.5 next time

on your axle on the left side (chain side) you need to loosen the nut on the left side of the sprocket. On the right side of the sprocket there is a nut as well with slots in it. If you dont have the tool that you use for it you can use a screwdriver. Insert it into a slot and push down turning it counter clockwise and youll see the chain tighten then tighten the other nut. If that doesnt work you may need a new chain as they stretch
actually if you go back to when I first started posting, a test was done on the 400ex with like 5 diff pipes and white brothers had the best gains in hp...plus it sound sick. They are called air shrouds, they help keep the oil tank cool

@halal1212 400EX is not lighter than the 450R, 450R weighs like 380 and the 400 is 408 but The 400 stock would eat a 450 stock trail riding, thats what its meant for

money pit eh i did the same kinda shit to my suzuki ltz 400 pro taper bars, nerfs, holeshot gncc all the way around, cycra hand guards, jardine pipe, hot cams, high comp piston, and others. but i do agree i dont like how you have cut off the head light assembly and shave down some sticker or buy a real sticker kit but over all its nice. on all my mods I have spent alittle over 12 grand...thats with trial and error, trying different cams, exhuasts, but not counting all the labor I have put into it. Some people think I'm stupid for putting that much into an 02 400 but you know what...when I show up and toast raptors and banshees and 450's the looks on their faces are PRICELESS...lol

on your axle on the left side (chain side) you need to loosen the nut on the left side of the sprocket. On the right side of the sprocket there is a nut as well with slots in it. If you dont have the tool that you use for it you can use a screwdriver. Insert it into a slot and push down turning it counter clockwise and youll see the chain tighten then tighten the other nut. If that doesnt work you may need a new chain as they stretch

actually if you go back to when I first started posting, a test was done on the 400ex with like 5 diff pipes and white brothers had the best gains in hp...plus it sound sick. They are called air shrouds, they help keep the oil tank cool
