Amazing how every rugby video seems to spiral into a football vs rugby debate on YouTube. The only thing rugby and football have in common is that they're played on a field of grass by two opposing teams. Don't try and make silly comparisons, nor bash one or the other. That's a grown-up approach to all this... fuckwitz.
whats the point of comparing sports?? all sports are different but all have the same thing in in common which is passion. so stop dissing rugby or soccer!
Weve got forwards, midfield players, defenders and a big bloke in goal. Youve got hookers, blind-side flankers, second five-eights, centre threequarters, scrummies and pivots. Why?
I've played rugby and Soccer my whole life. I love Rugby more, so I'm biased. Accuracy in kicking is highly prized in both sports, and kicking while on the run is imperative as well. Each sport has different kick types, which work well in different scenarios.
You can't compare the two. Intrinsically, Rugby is a collision power sport, and soccer is a contact endurance sport (collisions do happen in soccer, but that is not the objective the ball is).
Rugby critisizes people?! WTF?!My first 15a-side rugby match was for a premiership team against the Perth navy team when i was only 12. And you dont have to be big to play rugby,Most scrumhalves in rugby can stand as short as 165cm and are not as muscular as the rest of the teammates.Look at Matt Dawson . And rugby does'nt require any skill?! WTF!You've got to know the direction the ball bounces and to know how to sidestep.Soccer is boring. Most of the game is just seeing people fake injuries

You're right, i can't name any teens from the All Blacks. But i can name players from other internationals. James O'Connor, Keith Earls, David Pocock,George Smith ,Tyrone Smith and Jonny Wilkinson. And how does letting more youngsters play make the sport more interesting?! It comes down to how exhilarating the sport is. In rugby theres so much happenings in one game and the gameplay is 10 times as fast as soccer. In soccer theres always someone crying to their mummies every 5 minutes.

The footballer has to kick so much harder just to get the force a rugby kicker can produce in a mild-force kick

I am a rugby fan and player, but football is a great sport.
If you go to a live premiership game you would appreciate just how skillful and athletic the players are - they get paid top dollar for a reason.
So no ragging between sports - anyone who gets paid to do either at the top level is gonna be phenomenal at what they do.

because it's called rugby.. not football. It's kinda simillar to asking why in swimming, the use a pool, not a pitch, its obvious..

Diego Ribas dovrebbe allacciare le scarpe a Daniel Carter e magari dopo chiedergli un autografo.

Whenever there is a promo involving both rugby and football that whole rugby or football debate pops up.
Personally i prefer rugby not that i hate football. Its just what im use to.
So this whole which is better? Really comes down to personal preference.
Just enjoy the show.

and THATS the difference between FOOTBALL and rugby

try hitting a stop sign with a soccer ball from a 30 foot distance 10 times in a row and then come back see if its as easy as it looks.....fagot
alcantar10 2 years ago
unfortunately you've mistaken me for someone who gives a shit. To say rugby requires no skill when you have never played the game, makes you the
"fagot".But considering your soccer nut, you were always one anyway.

I've played soccer for more than 7 years. But rugby requires alot more skill to play than soccer. Soccer is so easy to play.

plus they dont let just anyone play rugby...u gotta BE big to play which i think is the gay
soccer dosnt critisize on size..hell they let 15 year olds play professionally
