  • I wonder if the Skipper was pissed that Gilligan went on Beat the Clock without him...

  • It's in COLOR!

  • Wow. YOu got $35. Now you can go to Sizzler !

  • Today there is "Hole in the Wall", but people are making fun of this.

  • 70's version of "Minute To Win It' with Guy Fierri

  • For those of you criticizing; this was the early 70s. No internet, no "techno gadgets", cable tv, or music channels. For us back then, this was normal and entertaining along with Star Trek, Hawaii 5-0, Mod Squad, F-Troop, Hogan's Heroes, etc. Much, much simpler, more innocent time. Also a good time to be a kid as we actually read books for enjoyment.

  • I used to watch this show with my family when I was a kid back around 70-71. I think the hosts name was Jack Narz or Jack Arts(?). This show was actually very popular then. The contests were simple yet challenging. I just have sentimental feelings now as this was a show that my family enjoyed together. Several celebrities appeared on this show. Jack was later replaced by another host.

  • @ACLTony

Jack Narz left and the announcer Gene Wood took over. You remember Gene Wood from Family Feud, Super Password, etc...

  • @MrWilliamtom He also announced Card Sharks, Trivia Trap, Win Lose or Draw, and Baby Races.

  • Loved this show as a kid.

  • This is exactly what Minute to Win It would be like 40 years later. If you count the premiere of the original version of Beat the Clock, it would be 60 years later.

  • I love Bob Denver but this show is weird!

  • Wow, I remember this from when I was a kid. Denver must have been hard up for cash. Tacky show

  • This was a Canadian show was it not.

  • Egads, look at that couple's clothing! 0_o

    Bob's cute, tho'.

  • Wow this game show sucked balls.

  • RIP: Bob Denver

  • I WANT THAT CLOCK!

  • thanks for posting!! very cool!

  • cool what year was this?

  • Around 1970 I believel

  • was he promoting his short lived series The Good Guys at the time.
