Could be the Olympia gig something like the 22nd December 1967. (?) I know Tomorrow's set was released officially, so there are recordings of all of it somewere. Plus there's a bit of footage of Hendrix (playing Sgt Pepper) and I've seen some of The Who. Bit of a goldmine potentially, early Pink Floyd too...not sure if Syd made that one or not.
Essayez. Vraiment parfait ce morceau. On pense à toutes les femmes qu'on aime. Meci Bravo.
Yes, it's got those New Animals in there, Vic's '67 arrangement at 2:30, the dual guitars change hands here. by 3:34 Vic Briggs catches fire. Barry Jenkins on percussion, with a conga player sitting in. Briggs/Weider/Jenkins/McCulloch were
the Zenith period for Eric on writing fresh music, and spontanious live jams. In 19
months they created several gems on YT, sadly mixed up with "Animals" Badge on other backing bands. Type "Vic Briggs' in search, the brillant "Animal". Enjoy!
I,ll tell you what mate, ive had the three and a half minute long version for a couple of years and i always thought to meself "this would be even better if it was longer" and what happens? ive been off line for a while, i come back on and i hear this version which is just fucking acid drenched, and the video. Fucking far out man, that blew me away. And half the street where i live cos i had it up so fucking loud!! That has made my mother fucking day magus, your a star.
@teddybundy118 Loved your comment mate & i agree with you, what a brilliant version of the tune, the only other long version i have heard them do is live at Monterey pop festival 1967 ,but i doesnt have a film to go with it just the audio!!!& also there is a short clip of film from The Festival Of The Flower Children ,at Woburn Abbey in england 1967,which is pretty good too!!
