  • Generally speaking I very much like Thich Nhat Hanh and his work of socially engaged buddhism. But I am doubting the breathing order stated here "Breathing In and then Breathing Out". This is more a western concept from standard physical education classes to promote muscle power and energy burst.

    In fact the order should be "Breathing Out and then Breathing In" for relaxed and alert mind.

  • It makes me sad to see how few have visited this site, I dont expect a lot just a peaked curiosity or desire to understand what it represented. But, in the end the many have always been carried on the backs of the few

  • this is very good event in world.
