you should look up the facts or read the papers, all other countries of the eu lend and donate money to greece equal to their economical power. (germany gives most, france second, etc).
greece is not the only country that was damaged in ww2. in fact the 3 countries with the most casualties are russia, germany and poland. a couple of years ago, the payments of germany for the damage of ww1 where finished. germany is still paying for the damage of ww2. other countries have been much more destroyed than greece. think about japan with 2 nuclear bombs or france, thats been occupied for about 3 years, or uk thats been heavily bombed
all in all, i dont think "greece is the problem". i think theres much corruption among the politians and the executives in greece. and the second problem is the fact that the people who constructed the eu didnt think about the problem that occurs when you have one money but different behaviors along the countries about their monetary policies.

Greece has been loaned from ECB all of these years with huge interests (about 6%). A great part of our external dept is INTERESTS from ECB, private and other banking loans. Noone donates money and noone pays taxes for Greece with no exchange!

As you read in the fisrt message Greece is the ONLY country in EU that was under Turkish leadership for 400 years (1451-1821) and after that was again destroyed from German! Greece has no heavy industry and very limited infrastractures (400 years of slavery did very good job), so it was twice as hard to stand up again. I know ppl here who work for minimum which is 255 euro (without tax). And they work in cloth shops like H&M or Reserved, McDonalds.. I was in Greece many times, prices there r cheaper then here!!!!! So why the hell u shout how to live? Our system is damaged by 50 yrs of communism. Our politics steal from us. And?

you should look up the facts or read the papers, all other countries of the eu lend and donate money to greece equal to their economical power. (germany gives most, france second, etc).
every citizen of the eu pays for this debts

greece is not the only country that was damaged in ww2. in fact the 3 countries with the most casualties are russia, germany and poland. a couple of years ago, the payments of germany for the damage of ww1 where finished. germany is still paying for the damage of ww2. other countries have been much more destroyed than greece. think about japan with 2 nuclear bombs or france, thats been occupied for about 3 years, or uk thats been heavily bombed

Greece has been loaned from ECB all of these years with huge interests (about 6%). A great part of our external dept is INTERESTS from ECB, private and other banking loans. Noone donates money and noone pays taxes for Greece with no exchange!

As you read in the fisrt message Greece is the ONLY country in EU that was under Turkish leadership for 400 years (1451-1821) and after that was again destroyed from German! You really think that Turkey and German have paid a single euro in Greece? Come on now no reasonable man believes that. @JDHorx and heavy industry.It was much easier for them to build their economies again. Greece has no heavy industry and very limited infrastractures (400 years of slavery did very good job), so it was twice as hard to stand up again. To sum up, I agree with you for the corruption among the politicians and ofcourse looking at past will not solve tha problem. But i really cannot listen to people who underestimate the Greek nation for not working, for lazing and all that crap.

I know ppl here who work for minimum which is 255 euro (without tax). And they work in cloth shops like H&M or Reserved, McDonalds.. I was in Greece many times, prices there r cheaper then here!!!!! So why the hell u shout how to live? Our system is damaged by 50 yrs of communism. Our politics steal from us. And?
