Nice documentation. Of course, one has to understand, that evolutuion didn´t always go on in a straight line. Due to several global catastrophies, life had to endure major setbacks, and start almost from the beginning. In fact, 99.9 % of all species, that ever existed, are extinct - but I´m sure, most of you already know that. Life itself develops fast - of course in geological thermes - in all different places, and under almost every possible circumstances.

Evolution is BULLSHIT because a 2,000 year old book written by several authors, translated into many languages and describing events that aren't described by any third parties is more reliable than the work of thousands of scientists over the last 200 years, using instruments and evidence. Just because Genesis doesn't mention any creatures (like bacteria or marsupials) that were unknown in the Iron Age Middle East doesn't make it untrue. Also carbon dating is the work of Satan.

@jussipejulliano You need to spend some time reading about Speciation, Niches, DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), RNA (ribonucleic acid) (which is a simpler form of DNA...sort of), and Evolution. You have internet, go to wikipedia, and start learning.

Plus, we may in fact be too heavy as well; birds, as well as bats, tend to be very light, and less dense bone structures than that of terrain animals. The evolution of a whale from a dog-like creature is well documented.

Despite the drastic transition between the fish and reptiles in the absence of Tiktaalik, every assessment of lineage is relevant in spite of its gaps. Science is beautiful in that when it reaches a conclusion, the modification of that conclusion in light of new evidence does not invalidate the work of the previous scientists. My basic answer to this is to observe that scientists are just people, the same as everyone else, and, in the abstract, there is no particular reason to imagine that they are any more or any less trustworthy than anyone else. There is a fact little evidence....
What did we use to invent the mobile phone, car, television, computer, microwave oven, electricity, calculator, radio, laser, aeroplane, modern medicine, factories, skyscrapers, fertilizers for farms, CDs, and I could go on?

I just came back on this account to say that I wouldn't mind if God continued to be believed in. I just hate people fighting, by fighting I mean have wars, over differences...
I also think that evolution will show that we are one big family, we don't have to and shouldn't fight. It would be better to just accept each other and marvel at the beauty of nature and how it has changed.

Due to several global catastrophies, life had to endure major setbacks, and start almost from the beginning. In fact, 99.9 % of all species, that ever existed, are extinct - but I´m sure, most of you already know that. Evolution is BULLSHIT because a 2,000 year old book written by several authors, translated into many languages and describing events that aren't described by any third parties is more reliable than the work of thousands of scientists over the last 200 years, using instruments and evidence. Just because Genesis doesn't mention any creatures (like bacteria or marsupials) that were unknown in the Iron Age Middle East doesn't make it untrue. Also carbon dating is the work of Satan.

Plus, we may in fact be too heavy as well; birds, as well as bats, tend to be very light, and less dense bone structures than that of terrain animals. The evolution of a whale from a dog-like creature is well documented.

I'm amazed by the relevance of outdated science today. Despite the drastic transition between the fish and reptiles in the absence of Tiktaalik, every assessment of lineage is relevant in spite of its gaps. Science is beautiful in that when it reaches a conclusion, the modification of that conclusion in light of new evidence does not invalidate the work of the previous scientists. Newton's mechanics still work in a certain context despite the knowledge of relativity.

Why not? They have studied and know how the world works. What they've studied has been backed up by evidence, extensive testing, and peer review. I would rather trust someone like that then a person that believes that a 2,000 year old book is true...

The world came from light because light brings llumination. If everything came out of nothing then we all all returning to nothing. Light is the source of life and this light is God.

@NDS525 So the world will magically become a better place because everyone forgets about God. You really dont know the extent to what you are asking for. Think deeply for some insight. Many people are born into broken homes, broken families out of wedlock, angry children, depressed parents in debt etc, Many of these do not believe in God and do even the opposite of what his word (the bible) teaches. The world will never know peace without God because life is just a gamble without him.

It's by a composer called "Vangelis", from his album "Heaven and Hell". Unfortunately, most CD versions of the album just have two half hour long tracks instead of having the tracks properly split up, and most of the rest of the album is, frankly, grating. This piece starts about 13 minutes into the first track on the CD ("Part I"), and it's about 4 minutes long. In the original LP track listing, it was called "Movement 3 (from Symphony to the Powers B)".
