Hi I am wandering is it possible to install server 2008 into one of the drive? and keep all those data in my window vista drive? if so, when start up does it prompt for me to select the OS to start? Thanks

I assume 4 months was long enough to get the answer you seek but for others, Yes. Absolutely you can install to a separate drive and select which to boot. I believe the issues with dual booting on partitions of one HDD is hotfixes as of, a long time ago as well.
