If you're able to get past the technical issues of performing the piece you then have to deal with the musical side. She uses a very complex harmonic language that is equal parts jazz, world, tonal and atonal. So long story short - easy? NO! Worth the time - YES!

dude, I studied with Julie, and if I may suggest . . . you're not there yet. but ok effort. play/listen to jazz - and maybe you've got a chance of pulling this piece off . . in 5 or 10 years. p.s. if you're going to put your self out there, give us a better recording quality. Now EVERYBODY KNOWS!!!
i feel like this would be really interesting to watch if the recording quality wasn't so painful to hear.

I think you use a little too much arm for four mallet playing and I tend to use a little more wrist but it was good keep on playing
