Whoa! - quite amazing there Coach Weiss with the loaded long bar!
Like CrystaolW88 - I love these too! And yes gals may want to start out with the easy curl bar - I sure did - and work up the to short bb. The short BB was intense enough for me.

i love these. Ladies, try with an easy curl bar or short BB. You can do it! I haven't tried it with the long bar... yet. ;-)

Length of the bar + distance from the floor to the hands = brutally awesome full body exercise.

@majmahuk Give it a whirl mate. It's one of those, where if the load is even close to enough, you will feel tremendous systemic effect(s)
