For anyone willing to get broader shoulders, these excercises are good. However...I stress...you must use the appropiate weight. You should not be able to do more than 20 reps with any weight in any set. You want to aim for around 12-15 reps max. You should feel fucked up and cant keep ur face straight when lifting the bells or u've got some serious poker face skills. I am a skinny guy but I do these excercises in roughly the same form as they do and I lift 15 pounds. so guys dont be afraid.
