@MrBS4 unfortunately a k series tranny ill not fit on our engine alone. our d17 spins counterclockwise. and the k spins clockwise. so rather than have 6 forward gears, it'll be 6 reverse gears. strange right? i have no idea why honda even thought about make the d17 the only ccw spinning engine

Not carb legal in california and do not have room to store it. If it doesn't get sold I will downgrade the modes keeping the swap (legal) and make street legal again just to have an extra car. But would like this sucker to be driven like a true car.

your killing me. k20a3 is the worst k series at least do some research b4 purchasing an engine. Only one cam works on this for fuel effitioncy then the other cam kicks in at a certain rpm. should have gone k20a2 or k20a sorry to lay it out to u but u got raped. 12k? wow.

It was meant as a base project. Thinking about boring it out and slapping a turbo on it, but still thinking about. Only difference with the A2 is the bore, stroke and head with I can replace. Even tho the block is still A3 It's hella fast with open headers and that toda flywheels makes a hell o difference.

I didn't pay 12K for it I did it myself so only paid for parts. It's a fun little car but not street legal anymore

Wiring for was easy. Buy K-pro, Get Hybrid Racing wiring harness... some sodering is required for a few wires. The Si model comes with a K20. might be an A3 vs A2 but I think this is why it's called Si. let me know if this helps.

Im sorry i hate to be a dick you put alot of hard work into it i see but TBH i just hate the way it looks and civics arnt known for being fast and that why i can never understand way someone would race with one. Mustangs or camaros would take you car any day with only a supercharger or maybe str8 stock...

I've taken out Mustangs before w no problem. The car is pretty light and the car has open downpipe with no cat and basic Injen intake..did I mention i had two people in the car when i went heads up with the mustang?

Each Brand, Model and engine has it's pros and cons. Don't even know why people have to put down each other when even electric cars can beat any gas powered car now a days.

K20s are known to hold 600+ hp there is even 1000hp axles for this car which is level 5.9. I seen civics actually take out supras now what do u call that man

Thanks man...front lip is Type R molded into the OEM front bumper, by cutting and piecing together those you can create a unique front end. Same with the side skirts and rear valence.
