just giving a suggestion ... a little atta mixed in water could be added to give the right consistency which goes well with rice and idli... my mo does that grew up eating it .. yummy and healthy!

You do not need to pressure coom them. You can just boil them in water and use .

The language is Marathi which is one of the regional languages of India. You can refer to English subtitles to understand the recipe in a better way.

I don't think it's possible to read the subtitles that quickly. I do wish it was in english because I want to hear her explanations.
