  • Hey, its really NICE that your friends are turning out with cards etc. I LOVE getting "things & stuff" from the awesome friends Ive made here on YoyTube! I do reciprocate when finances allow :-) Even though its never expected! YouTubers are AwEsOmE! You look so much better! Please continue to get better and do well. Your videos always spark great thoughts and I know they give me, for one...IDEAS! BTW, I try to buy American made. Great video, informative and heart felt.

  • LMAO @ Nola! Leave it to kids and pups to do the funniest crap when ya turn a cam on and talk LOL

  • AWESOME doggy intro! Boooo NAFTA -way to screw over american workers AND Mexican workers who were forced off of their land only to have factory jobs moved to China where people make practically nothing. How about we just friggin tax corporations MORE...way MORE! Yes, I will buy American made!

  • I agree compeletly and have been saying this for a long time, it is impossible to buy all american products, some just dont exist anymore. It is so sad. You can bet the phones we use, the computers we use and so many many other electronics come from somewhere else. It's depressing. Great points.

  • godo video..i agree with you...i hope your friend recovers fast

  • so glad your back on your box : ) you must be feeling better x x x

  • @wildisthe Thank you and yes I am feeling better, starting to become interested in life and the world around me once again...thankfully!

  • this is a great video i swear the north american free trade agreement seems to have just opened the flood gates for jobs leaving this country. i am proud to be an american and i love this place......i agree with you about wages people are wanting 18 dollars an hour to work at mcdonalds that there is the problem because buisness are going broke to pay people such high wages

  • This is one reason my diet is almost exclusively locally grown produce, at least when I'm living in the United States.

  • Being in New Zealand, I try to buy local made stuff too, but its hard out here too because so much of the shit you want is made in China. A lot of it doesnt last. The quality of rubber parts is especially poor. Weve got to keep our countries working. Even american named brands auto electrical parts we use here are assembled in Mexico and i think there goes another american job. we think the same way out here. Nola look totally content and youre looking better too. Take care.

  • @andrewkiwi1 yes, I think that each country should first and foremost take care of it's own, to keep up indenpendence as well as pride and employment! This "global" economy seems to be benefiting no one except maybe China! They don't seem to be making a peep about feeling any economic distress, like most EVERY other country IS! Interesting hey?

  • I love your cute dog :)))))

  • @ostapmusic She sends you a snuggle and thanks! She thinks she's pretty cute too! :)

  • yeah who made the lap top your using. Mine is a toshiba but my tv was made in usa, was yours? My shorts are made in america but my shirt, undies, shoes and socks and belt were not and I live in NC where textiles used to be made. Charlotte was built on cotton fields. It is a hard road, nafta was not a good idea.

  • @4bluestreak I agree, NAFTA screwed us all over, and it's the first thing that needs to GO! My computer is a Sony, and I would have to say that I am no different than anyone else, except those RARE few that have already made the pledge to buy and use only locally or US made goods. I know most of what I own is probably foreign made, but I am pledging to change that to the highest degree possible. Starting with groceries, and working to be more conscientious!

  • You should check out the Video called, "the story of stuff" it might clear up some misconseptions that you have about where the money is going beacuse the people that make all that crap abroad aren't seeing the money you think they are.

  • @QuatchiBoi - I will certainly check it out. The money is going SOMEWHERE other than in our bank accounts, and the jobs are NOT here, so WHERE ARE THEY? There has to be some very very clear answers to these quesitons, and these are the questions that EVERY AMERICAN needs to be asking their government as well as each other! Washington talks about "jobs" but I do not see where they intend to GET these jobs without repealing NAFTA and changing all of the import/export laws so they benefit US!

  • @MainelyButch I hear what ur saying buddy, but it's nothing new that the workers that are making all these goods in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia (just to name a few that I have personally experienced) are being exploited. Major Brands and Corporations have thier products manufactured overseas at very very very cheap prices and then we pay more than what those people make in a month. What prideful American is going to work for those kind of wages?

  • Awww Nola looks so comfy!...I'm guilty of owning a foreign car..In my defense I bought my car 6 years ago. Had I known then what I know now, I would've been smart and bought American.

  • @Mskcmo Ah, we are ALL guilty of being conned into buying foreign goods the last few years especially, our government made it the perfect atmosphere for them to succeed while our own industrial / manufacturing businesses were set up for the epic fail that is now taking place. It's just time for us CITIZENS to heed the ACT NOW signs that are flashing all around us and take ACTION...BUY AMERICAN and insist that our gov't fix this "easy import" issue so that foreigners are paying their share.
