ah, my favourite song from him. that musical phrase needs no companion, can only be performed alone, cannot be counterfeit-ed. not merely skill on fretboard here, but master in composition. at the last, the way he falls, and then rises again to repeat the trademark phrase, is theatrical and brilliant.

@pimorules its the sustainer in his guitar, he knocks on his guitar so that he can get his strings to vibrate, once they start, the magnets in his sustainer keep his notes going, virtually forever.

@pimorules well since the sound there is extremely loud, feedback is easily acheived, so when he knocks the body, the entire guitar vibrates causing feedback, but it gives that controlled sound and mellow tone.
