@kbrebel04 Completely agree with you. I wanted this until I watched this video and saw how overly complicated it is. A bit sad, I really liked the color scheme too. Razer did it right with the Naga 12 button thumb grid. As much as i dislike Razer, I guess I will have to stick with them.

I tested this mouse yesterday and the automatic hold-down buttons get in the way when you left click and right click most of the time, so im getting the rat 9 because it will last longer than this mouse - due to having wireless =) (i had a rat 7 mouse and the cord broke after 2 years of use)

@skateoria having owned a naga for some time, i can tell you they are terrible. the principle is great but until they replace the small, flimsy plastic push-rods inside with something better the mouse-click will wear out after a million clicks unless you have a feather-touch. i currently own a logitech g700, but im going to upgrade it to the mmo7 when it is available as i know madcats/cyborg to be a very good brand, i used their flight-sticks extensively

Perhaps this is just me .. but why would I need a lock no my left and right mouse button? The guy said for traversing long distances ... what?! So I need to press 2 lock keys ... then press both mouse button .. only to have auto-run on, which takes only a press from my middle mouse button atm? I suppose it has other uses. Would love to know.

@serpantseed08 you should check out the razer naga epic it may not be metal but it lights up better and has 17 programmable buttons and u can have 10 different profiles so do the math 17*10.

Would use this for FPS tbh, I hate taking my fingers off WASD, space or shift/ctrl in online shooters. Just use my thumb for (E.G. BF3) knife, reload, spotting, sprinting etc... love it.

This mouse is amazing, ive had the cyborg Rat for a while now, used it and abused it for hundreds of hours, and it still works like its out -of-box.
