SOME BODY anybody How I find Part ll Return to boggy Creek ?? or The Barbaric Beast of Boggy Creek, part ll (1985) ??? I been trying so much Now Joined MOVIEPLANET & still can't bloody whatch Movie even after I upgraded .. Any Help would be much appreciated
A classic that I saw in the theaters when it came out. I'm from Central Louisiana and this isn't too far from Fouke so we were nervous to go into the woods. This movie had an impact, fer sure.
This makes me laugh. A woman sees a hairy monster, so she sends her 7-year old son out to get help. The monster's out there, remember. What if it killed him?
Damnet why couldn't there be some kind of fake Legend where I live so I could make a Mocumentary and cash in on it, like a Land Octopus or a giant fire ant
They are currently remaking this movie. They say that they will implore more folklore, and the title will be changed to, simply, "Boggy Creek". It is scheduled to be released Summer 2010.

ive seen this beast no holks he is very very hairy but he trew a rock at me and mist but then now hes dead though after that i called the cops they saw him and got out there guns and called swat they killed him and burned him to death so he was real but no now
I remember going to the show and seeing this with my best friend....We had to walk home, which was only 6 blocks.but it was the worse 6 blocks i ever had to do...We walked down the middle of the street and every little noise.....we'd jump,lol........Thnx for the memories.
@DieselProductions11 I'm not from that area. I'm originally from Ohio. But, I lived out the country and this movie really captures the feeling one gets, especially as a child, when you are alone at night in the country side.
That being said, there are people who believe that a bigfoot-like creature exists in the more remote reaches of eastern Ohio. There is a Monster Quest episode dedicated to the "Grassman" of Ohio.
Friends of mine claim to have heard very odd, howls out where they live.
I kinda get a deja vu feeling here. The picturesque red sky and sunset casting rich, dark gold light on the the land in the opening sequence kind of reminds me of the closing sequence in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Amazing cinementography.
Haha. I'm watching this with my sister. Her uncle was the directer. Like half of her family is in it. And the blond kid is her cousin. This is so cool! Haha.
This film was broadcast on British television in the early 80s, on a Thursday, on BBC2 at 6pm. I remember it well because it scared the pants off me! I've been waiting nearly 30 years to see it again, thanks for putting it up.
I remember when they showed it on BBC2 aswell. I'm 33 now, remember being scared by it also, so it would definately have been early 80's. I managed to buy a region 1 dvd version of it about 5 years ago.
