A big part of the problem is the fact that ladder position is only determined by exp per minute so jerks like ali3n or whatever his real account is can get to the top by killing newbies who then quit from frustration.

Hey, i started playing S2 today, and i think its got to be one of the best free games i've ever played. I really think there should be thousands of people playing at once, and i don't get how there's so few people that play it. Also, when i play commander, my view gets really screwed up, anyone know why it does that and how I can fix it? My whole view goes gray unless i zoom to the max and i cant see any units unless they are right in the exact middle of my screen. Please help!

Good Question do u remember savage 1?savage 1 was famous all around the world because they advertise the game but in savage 2 its got much cooler and epic but they didnt advertise or let the world know that it exist if we or u know how to advertise a game then do it in less than 1 week the game will be more than 500 players XD

Good game. Sometimes it crashes on the loading screens and has a memory leak but over all its fine. What bothers me is the lack of North American servers.

Loading screen? Memory leaks? Pretty sure they fixed that long time ago. Only time you crash at loading screen is when you tab out while it's loading. You should submit it to S2. :>

I have the game and i really enjoy it i do! The characters are: Builder,Marksman,Savage,Legion­airre,Chaplain,Steam Buchet,Baterring Ram.(humans), Conjurer,Shape Shifter,Hunter(it was Summoner),Predator,Behemoth,Te­mpest(beast).

And everybody who liked the game download it from savage 2 official website and login! There are hellbourne units Malphas(the big monester),Devourer(ugly thing who eat people)and revenant(range unit)

I didn't use any custom sounds except for the logo at the end. The music is from Immediate Music, which is trailer music, for games and movies. I can't remember the songs because I used about 4 of them but two of them is called The Tempest, one with only choir and one with the instruments without it I think.

i got it from the website they gave me a link to big downloads, i downloaded it but the problem is that when i start the installing and 'run' it it takes like half an hour to open the installation. and the first time i tried to, it gave me End programs and error reports from every thing. when i retried it still toook alot of time but it worked and when iu start the game it is so SLOW to open and enter me to the world xD

Hellbourne units, increase their inventory slots from 4 to 6, and having the option to use persistent items (items you get from refering friends or finishing achievements, giving a minor boost to your stats which you can use in your inventory)

For those of you wondering, Savage and Savage two are all three game genres: RTS, FPS and 3rd Person.

When your the commander in Savage, you play the game in RTS.

As an actual player, you use FPS for bows/crossbows etc accompanied by 3rd Person views for melee combat.

Quite a unique game, indeed.

Fantastic, you obviously have a talent for video editing.

It puts the game in a great light, though I would've liked to see a little more emphasis on the 1st person players perspective so people understand both ways you can play, and how they connect (Commander: demo mid! Shot:overhead of scouts. Next shot: first person of scout planting demo. Next shot: BOOM!

Critique aside though, very well done!

Amazing! You really hit the nail on the head with this video. The 4-panel thing at the beginning gave me an idea. For match videos you could superimpose video of the bases on video of the commander view while showing action players to show people how the teamwork happens as everyone plays

That savage at 2:31 or so pretty much topped the awesome scale for me. You've got the lego and chaplain standing there, watching their impending doom with this sense of both fear and awe, and meanwhile the savage decides to charge in without hesitation, maybe even eagerly, and you never quite get to see how he fares. The music there and through the end of the trailer is absolutely perfect.
