WTF? Crash Mind Over Mutant was an amazing game. Sure, it is short, but try yourself to make a long game with up-to-date graphics and even small innovations in the gameplay used for the game in 11 months. The game is also expected to be short. And it's a kid's game. It's not meant to be uber hard, but is still fun and it's combat system is far beyond the ND era. The Titans and variety are enemies are good, and it is a great blueprint for how to improve the games. It;'s not a bad game, really.

@tobin00 They get paid for advertisement on their website. Then they get paid again for advertisment on their yourtube channel and videos. They also get funded again through user donations. Their expenses are website and server hosting costs and pizza at pax's :P. Right now from donations/ youtube /noobtoob.com combined i'd say they make a profit of about 200 - 400 dollors each per month ontop of their job salary.

So I'm going through my second playthrough of Dead Space and must say, if I was not so set on getting my platinum trophy, I would have put the game down on chapter 4's turret part with the asteroid. It's nearly game breaking.

Dead Space 2 better not have stupid shit like that in it, and the team that made Dante's Inferno better be far away from Dead Space 2.

Hey guys, I was watching the making of Dead Space and I know how they made the game so scary. You know those parts in movies where Jason is walking toward the character and they're trying to put a key in a lock, but they keep missing? That's Dead Space. It's hard to be accurate and do fine movements when you're scared so that's why they made you be precise and actually aim for limbs in Dead Space.

Great review but in dead space is the ammo really that scarce? I'm the kinda person who only plays on easy. No matter what kinda game it is. But I hate games that don't give u alot of ammo. It increases the scare factor i guess but still.

deads space os my faverate horror game, on my first playthrough when I would start to calm down abit, it scared me again! on my first playthorugh I got one gun trophy (whitch I kinda regret, I didnt get to experience the other weapons untill my next playthrough).

scareist part the hunter (witch still makes me nervouse!) and for some reason on chapter 7, when you restore gravity in the part where you use kineses to destroy astroids, that was scarey shit!

I don't get what everyone sees in Dead Space. I'm not trying to start an argument but I didn't find Dead Space that amazing. It's a great game but not scary at all and it's not really survival horror. I found it way too easy and you got WAY too much ammo for it to be considered survival horror. I think Resident Evil and Silent Hill is much more scarier than Dead Space.

Dead Space is amazing in it's entirety. I've beaten it twice, and there is nothing I don't love about this game with the exception of the turret part with asteroids in chapter 4. Other than that...fucking awesome. I love the fact you have to shoot off limbs as opposed to head and body shots. The Zero gravity parts are the shit. It's scary as shit. I just can't say enough good things about this game so I'll shut up. BUY THIS GAME

I agree with what you say, but doesnt it show if you dont finish a game that it isnt as good as a game that you would put all the effort to finish, for example playing Ironman for 5 minutes and hating it, why would you force yourself to finish a bad game. And dont forget they are an INDEPENDANT podcast meaning they are not paid to do this, this is there own money so they cant buy all there games so they will have to rent so may not have enough time to finish them :)
