  • a.a ..wow .. masha allah .. i just love it .. very good presentation .. keep it up dear .. may allah reward u . ameen

  • why cant black women have self esteem without converting to this... or changing to that....we dont need some one else's religion to make us whole...stick with the religion of you grans and great grands please,Islam was introduced into Africa through Invasion and war...

  • @burntbronz why is it that every thing that a black person does has to be a form of self hate or as a result of brainwashing. Islam is for everyone despite their colour in fact many black slaves were released from slavery into freedom by the messenger (s.a.w) mohammed. IN islam there everyone is equal like the teeth of comb no arab is better than a non arab and a non arab is not better than a arab. other racist "muslims" r ignorant ppl not representative

  • mashallah nice videos but is it possible to allow the music, its clear from the hadith that music is haram and it sorta makes it hard for people like myself to watch the videos. just a suggestion and i pray Allah puts a lot of baraka in the dawah you ladies are doing

  • MashAllah, nice vid sis.. its gr8t..

  • i begin to drink alot of water , i think its better than coca cola or juice that i just to drink alot of.. but water i feel greaat when i drink it

  • ASA, water is so important my mom is in her 50's n she looks awesome Masha'allah. She's been drinking close to a gallon of water each day for yrs now. Cleanse, tone,n moisturize is very important also. Aveda has great products for that and they're plant based so that's a plus. I agree with the advise you muslimah's gave don't study those who come at yall sideways. Your vids r true blessings n so many of us appreciate your hard work. Take care stay blessed Ma Salaam.

  • Wa Alaikum As Salaam! Shukran, but where do you see anything about makeup on this video?

  • As Salaamu Alaikum sisters. I admire your videos. Keep doing what you do. I'm sure there are many muslim women out there who have learned a lot from you ladies. I myself am one. You have to have tough skin not to respond negatively to some of the comments you get. I admire you both. As Salaamu Alaikum.

  • mashallah i liked the skin care bit , but i dont think you should encourage our sisters to wear make up ,,,,,

    salaam

  • Also, the music used in this video, is also haram:

    Bukhari, Book 69, Number 494v:

Prophet said, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of "musical instruments", as lawful.

However, the prophet allowed the beating of tamborine, in Bukahri, Book 62, Number 77

  • It is HARAM to wear make up, in front of non-mahram (non family related) people:

    Quran 24:31:

"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should NOT display their beauty and ornaments except what appears natural, and not display their beauty except to family related members.

Therefore, wearing make up to NON family members, is haram in Islam.

  • @itcrowdfan92 ...then howcome many muslim women still wear makeup?? that confuses me

  • @yanfeb15, because majority of Muslim women don't know their religion, when it comes to this matter. Those Muslim women who do wear it & come to know it's not allowed to be worn for non family members tend to say "it is allowed," without giving an Islamic authentic text, because the prohibition is not want they want to hear or do. It shouldn't a Muslim, as this is a minor sign of judgment day. Its even prohibited in the Bible (1 Timothy 2:9-10). Majority Christians do it b/c they been influenced

  • @itcrowdfan92...interesting. I respect your opinion and point of view, but in my point of view, I dont really see how makeup can dictate wether a person is good or bad, or is not religious enough or whatever. Makeup is simply a form of expression, a way for women to feel beautiful, no matter how beautiful she already is without it. In my humble opinion, God will judge you by what you do, not what you wear or what you look like (although I do believe that dressing modestly will benefit you)

  • excellent video.

  • wow! mashaAllah, i don't put anything on my skin except for water and soap.....thats baaaad.....inshaAllah i'll follow your advises JazakAllahkhayr

  • Thank you for explaining that to me that to me!!! peace & blessings!!!

  • I'm curious....What's "wudu" ? Why don't you wear nail polish?

  • Wudu means purification. it is what we do before prayer. Washing certain body parts to become purified before we pray. We do not wear nail polish because we must be completely clean before prayer and if we wear nail polish, our nails cannot get completely clean.

  • Asalaamu ALaikum ladies,

Love the video. I'd like to suggest facial products from Kiss my face, Nature's Gate and Yes to carrots.

As a muslim beauty blogger I love lip gloss: NYX is inexpensive and it comes in clear hues.

Thanks for the nail tips. I work with paper all day long and my hands are suffering.

    Keep up the good work!!

    Ma Salaama
