Rudy tried in NY and thousands of Mexicans sat in detention centers while the government was sending them back in drips and drabs. It just won't work. But yes, something needs to be done. Whenever i read the news by AP, Reuters or AFP, none has EVER mentioned Ron Paul. If it wasn't for youtube, i wouldn't have known about the existence of Paul.
I believe it's an intentional cencorship of the media because of Paul's stand on abolishing the Feds, CIA, etc. He has the courage and honesty to make changes. You can see from his face, from his debates, that this old man does not lie, does not do all this for the money, but for the future of the country.
