What was a father of 2 doing out late at night fighting with other men in a BART station??? He should have been home with his kids instead of committing violence against other people. But in the end the shooting was definitely NOT justified. I hope the cop gets an actual sentence this time.

If he was out "committing violence" like you said then you would have heard about the people he shot/stabbed before he was hand cuffed. Instead you hear about how he was cooperating with the police when they shot him.
