@Cynnicio The viewmodel at it's default FOV takes up half the screen when you are reloading! At other viewmodel_fov settings it is still a nuisance, I much prefer without it and have played as such for 99% of my time in TF2.

1 question.

If I'm fighting a scout at med range (say on 1 side of the middle cap point of granary and a scout on the other corner), should I get out my pistol?

Apparently it's better at med-long range but will it let the other scout rush in and get the advantage?

It's very hard to answer exactly, as deciding when to use pistol and not is experience (like everything? :D). But I would say using pistol is good if in the time it takes to swap to scatter, he can't get in close enough to hit you hard. If you have time to swap to scatter before he is close enough to give you a high damage shot then it probably makes sense to pistol a bit. Hope that helped a little [=

Not possible to spectate any official game, due to the fact it would be possible to relay information to players. You can spectate clan wars and stuff if you get to know the players, with a bit of luck

1 - For FPS 2 - it makes things much clearer, less visual clutter means I can react and take in the information that matters, faster ;D
