too expensive for what it gives..id rather go behringer am400 which is very damn close to being as good but costs only 48euros(and on america 51usd)..-and no i didnt say behringer am100 that one sucks ass!
it sound really clean more like a piezzo than an acoustic ^^ i have a friend he just have musicmann johnn petruci with no pedal and it sound like that in really clean mode with the quality of the dimarzio pickup.
The Godin guitar sound also close like that without any pedal, just an EQ ^^
hey, i thought with tha acoustic simulator you can hook it up turn it on and play with an acoustic sound, then step on it to turn it off and you get your distorted sound? sorta like chevelle and three days grace style.?
do u have a distortion pedal? the trick is 2 put them next to each other in your daisy chain and press one then press them both from there on and coz your pressing both one turns off and the other on at the same time :) easy
i like the sound of it

if only i can understand
bryanarz 2 years ago
oh. sorry.
good pedal. but an acoustic guitar i'ts better than a simulator.
my opinion.
boss rules.
panteones 2 years ago 2
ah that is true, there is no denying that,
bryanarz 2 years ago
@panteones it is but if you wanna loop an acoustic sound and then play a distorted lead over it the simulater comes in handy
Rob919Gore 1 year ago
would u say get an electric acoustic or stick with my lp and get this pedal (or Ac3)
MTuck21 3 years ago
nothing beats a real acoustic, this just makes a good supplement if you dont have an acoustic

that's because those guitars have piezzo pickups in this electric guitars, like the new praker fly signature tone series.

Have you trued the AC-3?
IF so, which would you say is better?
MapleLeaf97 3 years ago
they improved the AC-3 i could say its a step up compared to the AC2
bryanarz 3 years ago
All did was add a reverb knob to the AC-3 =/

what kind of amp do you use?
chickenntot 4 years ago
this was straight to my laptops mic input, the only am i have is a behringer-vamp2, it will sound so much better if i tested it thru-an amp, peace
bryanarz 4 years ago
i like it alot better with single coil pickups
guitarhero343 4 years ago
it will definitely sound better with single coils or with humbuckers coil tapped
bryanarz 4 years ago
jup, it sounds waaaay to deep for an acoustic and there is a huge lack of mid-high frequencies, only some top-high and lots of low.
Decent EQ can do the trick to.
Nice effect, but probably nicest with a tele or so, nothing really sounds decent.

hello maybe someone can help me out and btw your video sounded good. witch one is better the ac 2 or the ac3 and what are the differences?
justin0185 4 years ago
both are good, i got mine for cheap so im not complaining lol, anyway. best to do is try both at a music store for a better comparison.

xXschecterXx 4 years ago
well yes you hook it up with your electric rig and gives you an acoustic sound but if a distortion is on with your set up it will still pass thru,

what i did before was use a A/B selector switch, if you dont have a fancy rig.
bryanarz 4 years ago
lol nah i dont have fancy rig just guitar into pedals out and to the amp...
JonnySniper01 4 years ago
same here, currently i use my vamp2 as an amp, so its not what i would prefer but as to where im living right now i cant complain(APT THIN WALLS)
bryanarz 4 years ago
i think it's a nice, warm sound, isn't it?
DasSystem 4 years ago
its better with an amp, its an awesome pedal, i know for the $20 i paid for it.
bryanarz 4 years ago
yes, plugged it straight to my computer's sound card. It sounds so much better with an amp
bryanarz 4 years ago
ah, this what happens when you dont run it thru an amp, sounds grainy..
bryanarz 4 years ago
sounds kinda funny... what do you mean when u say you didnt run it through an amp? Does it like plug to ur comp or something?
jedirkeds 4 years ago
yeah its plug straight to the computer, no amp.
