Your supposed to go to the goron leader in a house before going to the temple otherwise there will be a sequence break and you'll need to start the game from the total beg. Unless you have a backup file.

how do you become a member of the goron tribe? I beat the boss went back to the chief he says some shit about becoming known to all in the village so I went back and talked to every one like five times and he says "Did you become known to all"? No you didn't. then hes like you can't join our tribe

He's a little goro-person. I forget his name now, but he's really helpfull, if you didn't get that from the vid. And the blue thing on the boss's back is his weak spot, where you hit him when he finally flips over.
