EVERYONE...try tumeric dont lose heart when taking it ( i did at first) but improvements came i took it with coconut oil because alone its not the best when it comes to absorption, some say pepper helps it become more..idk whats true is with a fat type substance or oil its beter absorbed there are also supplement pills it wont hurt to try.

Liposuction doesn't even get rid of gynocemastia, because IT IS NOT FAT it is a glandular issue, I had the surgery yesterday and it could only be removed thgrough a fairly invasive surgery, and im quite athletic, 6'5'' 230, muscular college athlete ect, ect. IT IS NOT FAT, hell i probably work out more than 90 percent of people out there

@Hobbyist56 Agreed, People who have this condition due to fatty tissues only have what is known as "PseudoGynecomastia" which most surgeons would refused to operate on and just ask the patient to adjust their food intake and workout. I suspect that I have Gynecomastia but I would never agree to operate unless I reach single digit body fat (which is what I am currently working on) and then find out -myself- if its really Gynecomstia or PseudoGynecomastia before even visiting my surgeon.

there are several methods, to do it, working out your pecs excesivelly will remove it , but surgery will remove it also immediately, its like loosing weight off your abs, some people go for lipo others work realy hard for theirs....

Gynecomastia has basically ruined my life. I'm not fat, not even overweight. I've seen a lot of pictures on the net, and there are several types of gynecomastia. I suffer from the puffy nipple type, not the full on saggy man boobs type. It's not fat, in my case at least. I'm a slender guy, but have extremely large puffy nipples. Oh, and I've never touched steroids either. Some people are so judgemental and stupid that it hurts.

I had mine done 1 month ago, and to be honest I was satisfied with the result. It could have been better, so my recommendation... choose your surgeoun wisely. Make alot of research on the subject and on your doctor. Ask as many questions as you possibly can.

By the way, in most cases, gynecomastia surgery only temporarily removes the glandular/fat build up that gives the appearance of "male breasts". After surgery, it almost always returns to looking the way it was, except worse because of the presence of a surgical scar. So think about that before wasting $6000 on an operation.

Afterall, it is a shift from the normal expected balance of hormones that causes gynecomastia in the first place. The drug is sold under the name "Proviron". It's realtively safe. I had a mild case during puberty. I started lifting weights to help it and it sort of worked. I'm now 36, I'm 6'3" and 190 of lean pounds, but still have puffy nipples. I am finally spending $6k to have the surgery. I agree with this kid, it's not about being fat and chest presses will NOT work. I know how guys feel, it's emotionally stressful. Young guys should keep their spirits up and try to get through the teen years, then make a decision regarding surgery.

Hi, my doctor said there is no pill for it because it's breast tissue and only lipo and extraction will get rid of it for good. I pierced both nipples but it really didn't help. It gave them an erect look, but made them bigger when I took them out. If you are 21-22? I would consider at least talking with a surgeon. I'm in the USA and 6k is the rate in my city. Not sure where your from, but it may be cheaper. I think you should talk to a surgeon at least to understand it better. I think it helps

Usually if it goes away it will slowly decay overtime around the age of 18. If it comes 22 or so, and they're still there and bothering you, surgery might be a suggestion.

Well then you probably have gynecomastia you need to go to a plastic surgeon and have a consult depending on how bad your version of gynecomastia is they will determine if you just need a bit of lipo or if they will need to use a knife.

Feel around your nipples. Do you have hard breast tissue underneath? It feels like a hard lump behind or around the nipple. If so no amount of excersize can help, you will need surgery and if you lose weight it will look worse. If it's just flabby then just excersize.

I have 4 weeks from my surgery ... I'm a diferent person now, that for I strongly recomand surgery for your mental status ... I've have it (gynecomastia) for 14 years (hard and ugly years)

You need to chill, i've got it too, DESTROYS YOUR LIFE, i've got paranoia from it, i just wear 2 shirts or somthing and a hoody, im gonna try and get surgery done though, [Im 16]
