for me, i like to spin off my toes into press combos, because it creates momentum (wit the turning of your shoulders too) to switch up to the next press, it gives you more control of how much momentum you want to create, depending on what trick your doing. but try it both ways, see what you like better.

for most people, spinning jumps frontside is easieer of heels, but learn them off your toes too, they both come around different, and cork different
