Not everything is love and light. Darkness is a thing unto it's self, as is light. Yet without both, neither can exist. The more you try to avoid the darkness... The more it will build up inside, and will be released uncontrolably. The more the darkness is pushed away, the more it will come rushing into your life when least expected. Love all! accept all! for what all is. Then choose light/love if that is what you desire. Negative must always exist for us to truley love all that is. :)
