@notjustadog Thank you for your comment. The standard issue "shul size" tallitot that we have available for guests is too small to wear tzitzit in front and in back. You are correct that the traditional way to wear the tallit is with two tzitzit in front and two in back. With a smaller tallit, you may try to allow the back tzitzit to hang over your shoulders toward your back with the front tzitzit hanging forward.
"Praised are You, Adonai, Our God, Ruler of the Universe, who made us holy with God's commandments, and commanded us to wrap ourselves in the tzitzit."
The tzitzit are the fringes on each corner and they represent the whole tallit.
@Rabbiglenrock Translation is as Follows Blessed are You L-RD Our G-D King of the Universe, who has sanctified us with his Commandments and the Commandment pertaining to the Tzitzit (Fringes).
@damonj77 Blessed are you L-RD our G-D, King of the Universe who has Sanctified us with his commandments and the commandment pertaining to the Tzitzit (Fringes).

The blessing for the tallit in English is:
"Praised are You, Adonai, Our God, Ruler of the Universe, who made us holy with God's commandments, and commanded us to wrap ourselves in the tzitzit."
The tzitzit are the fringes on each corner and they represent the whole tallit.
-With blessings to all.
